I WILL update this as needed: I have bought 2 of this cable (one Red and one Green) not that THAT matters much, but the interior of my car has red trim, so it is perfect. THE DETAILS: I swear the green cable has a better audio quality, but that's only with my best sound system or in my car, and when you're driving on the highway, there's enough ambient noise to negate that con. So, these are perfectly fine, besides, it's just a $10 cable, we're not expecting perfection here. The flat design actually does prevent tangling - MAJOR SUCCESS THERE - and the small profile jack fits great in ANY device, case, or space. As to the longevity of these things (remember, I bought 2) It's been 1 month - they've been great so far. The green one has been rolled over by my mom a few times at her computer and it's still working for her, though I would not recommend trampling ANY cable repeatedly. I have one concern, and that is, in my car, the cable hangs from the connector in the dash at a <90 angle. I'm not sure if this will weaken the wire where it meets the jack because it's flat, or if it is stronger because it's flat... UPDATE 4/14/2014: Both cables I bought still work fine. While listening in my car, I occasionally get a crackle, however, it could be my phone or the fact that it is resting with the flat edge horizontal (extra bending) and in a black car parked outside in SoCal... hmm. Still, a great buy. UPDATE 8/25/15: This cable has been in my car constantly for over a year now. In the blazing sun of So Cal. It has finally started to present problems, and so I have replaced it. But even in the blazing sun, it's performed very well, and the second cable works great. Worth it! VERDICT: It's a cheap cable - and you can color coordinate. Just buy it.

This cable works well. I love the pink color and the flat design that really helps keep the cord from getting tangled. The only complaint I have about this cord is that the quality of the sound decreased slightly from the aux cord I had before. The one I previously used was purchased from Five Below. I'm not sure of the brand name, but it was a pink cord with gold metal accents. I have a nice sound system in my car, with excellent bass. The cord I purchased from Five Below was very compatible with the sound in my car, allowing me to turn the volume up pretty high without compromising the sound. This Belkin cord is a little different. I can't turn up the volume as high without the quality of the sound going bad due to too much bass. But I'm ok with that. Overall, the sound is fine and that one small downside has not stopped me from enjoying using this aux cord.

My goodness google is asking me to review my purchases and I bought this bad boy many years ago! I still see it around to this day with all my old electronics. Its lasted and it was very reliable. Hopefully they still make it the same.

Works well, looks nice, and hasn't broken. The connection to my phone, even through an Otterbox case, is flawless (no wiggling, no 1/2-inserted, etc.) I have not had an issue with the cord or with durability, but I've had it only a month so will update if the situation changes. Update 1/7/2015: Yep, it broke. Not the cord, but the tip bent sideways in the end housing and no longer allows music to play. I've no idea how it happened, if it was stepped on or someone pulled it out of my auxiliary port in my radio, but be aware that the tips can and will break. Since I've no idea whether this was purely user error or a weakness of the product, I won't change the original five star rating.

I got this to replace the cable that came with my Beats Solo Headphones, as mine was worn and ripped on one side. I thought the flat cable would be better for less tangles and easier storage, and I liked having the right angled connector in my phone port so it does not wear out the port as much as a straight connector that could get snagged often when pulling out of my pocket. For those reasons this item was good. On the other hand though, the build quality does not necessarily feel high end, and the length is a touch too short. I wish it was a little longer so I can comfortably put my phone in my pocket while using it--as it is, it is long enough but a little taut.

I had a very long Belkin AUX cable that I got several years ago. It was very fuctional but it was so long and got in the way a lot! I bought this hoping to be able to get rid of the bundled up mess of my old AUX cable. It works perfectly. I love the color and like that its a flat cable so it will fold up neatly and store without taking up too much space at all. The length is perfect. I still have slack in the cord from my AUX input to my cupholder where i set my cellphone. Works well. Love it!

Lo compre hace como diez meses y lo traigo en la camioneta, la mayor parte del tiempo esta enchufado al estéreo sin nada en el otro extremo, entonces anda suelto con los niños pisándolo, estirándolo, etcétera. Crei que no iba a durar pero sigue sin descomponerse. Eventualmente lo van a romper pero me compraría otro con gusto. Muy buen producto.
