great handle placement Sturdy zipper and stitching Soft canvas.. not meant to be abused, but still great for many many workouts if you control the bag. (1) 60lb bag of sand from Home Depot filled the big Velcro bag to the top and left over filled the small bag to 50%. I packed strips of folded moving blankets around the bags and tucked folded pieces tightly into void space around the velcro bags. It’s holding up nicely and I can’t wait to workout with it. Again, I DO NOT plan to seek to destroy the fabric or throw this bag around. It’s not sturdy enough for heavy abuse.

Bought this sandbag in March 2023 in an attempt to get back into fitness and shed some weight after becoming a new dad. Pregnancy causes husbands to gain weight too lol. Quickly learned about all of the functional compound movements this thing can facilitate for you and put together different types of circuit training with it. I usually do 45sec on 15off x5 different exercises then take a minute break. Do this for 3 or 4 rounds while making sure all exercises combine to target whole body. Also will do deck of cards workouts with sandbag movements. I mostly use this sandbag when I'm at work (fire department) for cardio + muscular endurance. After almost a year, it has held up well! My ONLY complaint is the inner bags aren't completely dust-proof so you will have some dust escape the main bag and that is definitely not good to inhale over time. Quick fix is putting the inner liner bags into heavy duty garbage bags and duck taping them shut. Poof, no more dust. Definitely recommend this product due to the durability and the 1/3 price of competitors like Brute Force/Rogue. Awesome piece of fitness equipment and probably the most versatile. In case anyone cares, I've filled my bag to 55 pounds with pea gravel from Home Depot ($6 for a 48pound bag). LAST THING! Dry out whatever filler you plan on using cause if the sand/pea gravel is wet when you put it on, it'll cause mold and smell bad. Also it'll throw off your weight due to the moisture. EDIT: Bought 3 of these so far because I love them so much! Literally $100 cheaper than Brute Force! I purchased a green bag for my wife and a red one for my coworker. We use these bags to workout at the fire station and they have been phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Awesome sandbag, I like that is has 3 insert bags so I can take a bag out and adjust the weight as needed. Handles are sturdy and seems to be built pretty well. Seams are all still solid after dropping it over my shoulder.

There are no instructions in the bag. I filled each inner bag with sand. I couldn't get them to fit so I poured out some sand. I'm not sure if they should go side by side or top and bottom or if that even matters. I got them to about 36 pounds each, 72 total, and as I was stuffing them into the main bag the stitching at one of the ends where the zipper is ripped open. The bag zipped up just fine after that. I'll update after using.

I own the 75 and now this 125 in this brand. Very happy woth both. I've used the 75 for 6 months and this 125 for 3 months. No issues, love all the handles. I have one day a week that is nothing but sandbags, and this 125 also gets called into duty 2 lower body days a week...so 3 days a week on this 125. No issues. I am not gently woth them and they are both loaded fully with sand.

I ordered the small medium large and extra large sandbags to have for different workouts. The medium and large sandbags were available as a set and we're cheaper together so I ordered them as the set. I received all four sandbags at once so I opened all the boxes and laid out the black inner bags alongside each outer bag and then had a friend help me fill all the inner bags. The inner bags are different sizes to coordinate with each different size of outer bag. We filled all the inner bags and when we went to put the inner bags in the outer bags we realized that the medium and large bag that came as a set did not have hook and loop Velcro over the zipper on the outer bags. The small sandbag and the extra large sandbag both have Velcro closures over the zipper. When you look at the description in the pictures for the medium and large sandbags that come in the set it states that they have hook and loop velcro closures over the zippers but these do not. I'm guessing that's why they are cheaper. I had already filled the inner black bags for All the bags so I've kept the bags but I don't foresee that the medium and large bags will last because I think the zippers will fail in short order. we shall see. Feel like the advertising is misleading!

This item comes with 4 pieces: 1 primary ‘duffel’ bag and 4 secondary pouches. You fill each of the pouches with sand up to the desired weight and then put the pouches in the primary duffel. It’s a great system that uses the layers to increase durability and decrease potential spillage. Fully filled, it’s still sized so you can reach all the way around it if your arms are long enough, but also features handles in case you need to grab it that way. Since the base product is just an empty bag and 4 empty pouches, packaging wasn’t really a concern, but this item did ship in a thick box that was well-taped. I browsed several workout sandbags and landed on this one due to the higher weight capacity and (relatively) smaller price. If those are important considerations for you, give this bag a try. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Great workout bag for the $. Well made and solid. Plenty of hand holds for different movements. Double stitching and heavy duty zippers. The sandbags are good and thick with double velcro closures. I throw this thing around pretty good and it seems to be holding up fine.

Good idea, but requires a lot of maintenance. It's hard to find a sand that doesn't start becoming to fine/small and consequently, exit the bag. Trash bags help, but not perfect solution.

Perfekt für Training aller Art, durch die drei innenliegenden Säcke kann das Gewicht individuell eingestellt werden. Man muss die drei Säcke innen allerdings verkleben , damit sie richtig dicht sind und ab und zu mal wieder gerade rücken.
