This stuff has put more hair onto my chest...Naww I'm kidding. But it has kept me regular. That is, having more consistent bowel movements or BM's for you old school folk. Everyone's digestive system performs slightly different, so this may do something else noticeable for you. For me, I'm pooping like ah champ! Another plus, onion helps to purify the blood, so regularly consuming onion supplements will in time cleanse and purify your blood. Any pathogens that may be underlying, this will help to rid your body of that. If you feel a cold, or sinuses beginning to come on, start popping a couple of these each day. Check with your doctor to see if taking one or two more per day would be beneficial as well. This is a good supplement. You should give it a try.

not sure what to say
All I can say is , it supposed to allow blood flow more seamlessly. I had a little uncomfortable feeling in my left side and I've done many test with the doctors ; It wasn't a sharp pain but just discomfort. I started taking this along with exercising. Within days the discomfort isn't there. I'm waiting for it to come back but it hasn't. I'm constantly monitoring my health but this is helping my situation. This is an issue I've had for a couple of years and now it's gone. Will keep you updated but definitely I highly recommend.

Didn't get the expected results of significantly lower blood glucose level. Didn't get worse either.
