I had my Porsche professionally ceramic coated through the dealership, and this Ceramic Car Shampoo was specifically recommended by the Porsche-authorized detailer for ongoing maintenance. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. This shampoo is highly concentrated, so it’s important to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. I used it with a foam cannon, and the results were outstanding. The water beaded effortlessly off the surface, and the finish was left with a deep, glossy shine. One of the most impressive results was on the windows — they came out crystal-clear with no streaking or residue. Unlike a recent hand wash I had at a car wash, which left a noticeable film on the glass, this shampoo left them looking spotless and streak-free. I no longer need to use a separate glass cleaner after washing — everything rinses and wipes clean with ease. This product not only enhances existing ceramic coatings, but also works beautifully with waxes and paint sealants. It leaves behind a slick, hydrophobic surface that looks professionally detailed every time. I also highly recommend their Ethos Defy – 3-in-1 Ceramic Coating Spray. It’s an excellent waterless option for maintaining shine and protection between washes. Together, these products make it easy to keep my vehicle in pristine, showroom-level condition. Ive used this a few times now and I love it! My 4runner looks amazing! It smells great too! I used to use Chemical Guys but not anymore! Ethos is my new go to now. Trying more of their products in the near future!

This car shampoo produced some serious suds. I was amazed at how the foam clung to the vehicle like thick shaving cream, yet rinsed off easily, leaving the water to bead beautifully on the exterior. Well worth the money, especially when it was on sale.

The reason I give this soap 3-Stars is because it advertised SiO2 protection and adds hydrophobics. It is a great soap if your vehicle already has a ceramic coating on it because it does a great job of bringing that coating back. But if your vehicle is not already protected it will be just like a regular neutral soap. I even agitated the soap thoroughly in bucket and in foam cannon but unfortunately no added hydrophobics. If you are looking for it to add hydrophobics look at other SiO2 soaps, Labocosmetica Revitax, ChemX Snake Oil, Gyeon Bathe+, and or other ceramic or graphene soaps. Again still a great soap if your vehicle already has protection. But if you're looking for a quick SiO2 protecting soap look elsewhere.

Primary coating is plain ol Turtle Ceramic detail spray which was looking a bit shabby before I tried Ethos. Smells like the one of the mrs beauty products or a moisturiser. 1st photo is after a single wash on a ten year old Subaru. 2nd Photo - I had some product left in the gun so I foamed up my 30 year-in-the- Australian-sun oxidised garage roll-a-door. I made one pass with my cars soft wheel brush and rinsed off. The result is astonishing. It even has uv protection verified by the brightness change wearing polarised sunglases. Incredible stuff Ethos! The single greatest car wash I have ever used.

I don,t mind paying for a product that works as advertised, this is not that product. You still need to hand wash and shammy the your vehicle to get all the dust off especially the darker colours. I did not notice any difference in finish from using much cheaper products. I also bought a foamer at the same time to maximize the product application. It does work well.

Great product. Just frustrating that you can't source it in Australia on Amazon, only the US.
