HiLetgo3pcs APDS-9930 ALS IR RGB and Proximity Sensor APDS-9930 Digital Proximity and Ambient Light Sensor for Arduino

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a small, sensitive proximity sensor. When I first tested these, the proximity function would not work (all 3). Ambient light sensing worked fine. It seemed like the IR LED was not getting power. On the back of the board is a solder jumper which documents say is for optional power to the IR LED, otherwise power to the IR LED is provided by VCC.As a last ditch trial I soldered the jumper closed, and now the proximity function on all 3 sensors work like they are supposed to.From the documents that I read, this is not the normal configuration for the APDS9930, so if you can't get the proximity function to work try closing the solder jumper.

Misleading description. APDS9930 does not have gesture detection. Only: Digital Proximity (IR) Ambient Light (ALS)
