We tried all the cheap brushes to clean our fryers. They might clean one fryer before it fell apart. Gave up and bought 2 of these brushes, and they have more than paid for themselves

I’ve used this to scrub my commercial flattop and 40# deep fryer. It’s held up well, although it doesn’t fit between the burner boxes within the oil bay on the 40# fryer.
