Book arrived in good condition and quickly. Actually book itself was in very good condition what lowered it to good was all the starts hand drawn after the recipe titles that wasn't mentioned in the description. I am happy with the overall condition of the book otherwise and they did ship it right away. Thank you

Our granddaughter who is learning to cook received this book for her birthday. Her Family loves the treats she is making for. They have easy to read directions and taste as good as they look.

Checked it out at library first to see if I would like it and I do. Great easy to follow recipes.

Quite honestly, I wasn't wowed by it. For my purposes, it's a 3.5 star, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt (for the needs of what apparently is the Target Audience; see below).My issue: the VAST number of recipes that use *boxed* mixes. I moved past those ages ago... basically when I had small kids and worried about the long list of ingredients, most of which resorted to their chemical names. (Let's be honest here: sugars, fats, preservatives.) The mixes used in this book include boxed cake mix, brownie mix and pudding mix. Plus canned pie filling, canned frosting, store-bought cookies and the dreaded (gahk!!) "nondairy whipped topping".If you are into convenience foods you'll probably love this book. I went through the recipes and found only one (the "Nutella Cheesecake") that I bothered to bookmark.I've enjoyed the Six Sisters in the past, but this book fails on the "Traditions for the Whole Family" front for me. The fourth star is me trying to be nice. I can see some people loving this book, but "it ain't me, babe."

I don't purchase cookbooks - I just look up a recipe online if I need one and I have never seen these books before, AND I don't really cook per say.... So this book is the perfect one for me The recipes are super simple and the instructions are great. I really love all of the photographs so that you know how things are supposed to look and I'm motivated to try making them. It is just beautiful and fun to look at. I have already made four things out of the book in just a short time after receiving it. I purchased another one of these sisters books that is this years Publishing for Christmas gifts. I sent one to a friend just because she has been doing so much for others lately and she was so excited to see such a beautiful book in the mail from Amazon. She showed it to all of her friends at work and they all started purchasing one for themselves too. Once you see it you won't be disappointed :-)

I love this one so much I bought one for my friend too! I can’t wait to try more recipes but the ones I have done were fantastic and they have all turned out perfectly, the instructions are perfect and photos help, and they have a wonderful collection of recipes!

Great cookbook with tons of amazing sweet treats to eat! The book actually arrived sooner than expected from Thrift Books and is excellent condition!!

Love how this cookbook is laid out and has lots of pictures and good descriptions. Wish all homemade, lots of mixes used.
