Ingenuity Cozy Spot Reversible Duvet Activity Gym & Play Mat

The wooden toy bar is a big plus. It feels sturdy and looks much more high-end than plastic ones. The hanging toys are engaging but not overstimulating just enough to encourage reaching, batting, and early tummy time play. My baby loves staring at and swatting the toys, and it’s been a great spot for supervised tummy time too. I also really appreciate how easy it is to set up and move around. You can fold it up and take it from room to room, or even pack it up for visits to grandparents’ houses. Cleaning is straightforward as well, which is important with any baby item.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this activity gym is probably my favorite thing we’ve gotten so far for our three-month-old. Why? - It’s so cute! I love the muted colors and the modern look. Doesn’t look tacky at all in our home. - Great quality. The mat is soft and comfortable for baby to lay on, and so easy to throw in the wash. I didn’t find any splinters on the wood (other reviews mentioned that). Toys seem to be great quality too. - Easy to assemble and disassemble for storage/transport. Some other reviews mentioned it was hard to get the fabric through the holes. Although it’s not instantaneous, I didn’t find it difficult. It just takes a minute. So if you’re not taking it apart all the time, this is nothing. It’s super easy to move it from room to room without disassembling it. - The best part is that my son absolutely loves it! He doesn’t care much for the mirror (maybe because the image is distorted like a carnival mirror; he loves regular mirrors). But he smiles and “talks” to the little toy bear and elephant. It keeps him happy and entertained for a while. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this activity gym. Baby loves it and so do I!

Great item for the price. I love that the pad cover comes off to wash. The pad is fluffy but not to much.

Got this item on sale for almost half off, not sure I would pay the full price for it, but I'm shocked by how expensive most baby things are. Still, I am so glad I got it this baby gym! If I was only reviewing the toy hanging part of this baby gym, it would be five stars hands down. It's very sturdy, I have no worries leaving my baby to lay with it alone (though I always remain within earshot), and I have hung all kinds of different toys from it (love all the slots, it makes for an exciting playtime!). I love that it can be adjusted and isn't stuck in one shape when open - yes, being able to fold it down into a compact bundle is useful in theory, but this toy is never put away in our home, my infant son loves it so much! I use the mat and the toy part separately, as the mat isn't safe for a baby who can roll (they could absolutely smother in this if left alone for even a couple minutes, it does pillow up around their face if they rest their head face down in it.) But the mat has come in handy for other things. It's not as soft as it looks in pictures, just some fabric over a thin insert (and the insert is kind of a pain, the cover shrank a tiny bit so now it wrinkles and bunches easily), but it's nice as a place to lay baby down next to you, and could potentially be used outdoors on dry grass for baby to lay on if being watched. I definitely recommend getting this item for your baby, though I would wait for it to go on sale, and I would recommend getting some more colorful toys to attach if you don't already have them.
