Worst customer service
I don't know how the item is, as of yet. I just received my first (and last) order today and it looked like a very small number of capsules in the bottle. I counted them and while there were 30 capsules, 2 of them were empty. I contacted Piping Rock support and they, in essence, said "Not our problem." I promised I'd write a fitting review for their obvious care. This may or may not be a wonderful product, but I will not spend any additional money on products produced by this company.
