I think these are helping & no side effects. A bit big but soft so OK to swallow. Slightly odd but not unpleasant aftertaste. Seems a bit like raw asparagus to me!

Eccellente Lo sto prendendo da qualche giorno e devo dire che ne sono soddisfattissima prima mi svegliavo in media 2 volte a notte con questo prodotto sto dormendo come una bambina e anche la fame nervosa da stress che avevo si sta attenuando decisamente lo straconsiglio !!!!!
