Men's Shaving Brush Set, 3pcs Synthetic Shaving Brush with Acrylic Stand and Steel Bowl

Overall I cannot rave enough about this brush, it's super soft and easy to clean. I'd say the big seller on this kit is the brush itself. I appreciate the metal material and coating of the bowl. The matte black is sleek and allows for a quick clean that doesn't leave any streaks. My biggest complaint here is that I wish the bowl was an inch or two bigger. When creating the lather it seems like you have to make tiny movements and you can't hold too much. The stand is meh. I use a butterfly safety razor and find that the stand doesn't like this type as it falls out very easily. Also since its more of a glossy plastic it shows stains very easily, especially from shaving crème remanence.

I am weird. I purchased this to help me clean my ears after my daith piercings. It builds a fine lather. The bowl is stainless steel and powder coated. It feels great in the hand. The lather brush is also comfortable in the hand. I really like this product. Also, the stand works very well. The whole thing sits nicely on my crowded countertop. the only downside, is that the bowl sometimes can be knocked off of the stand easy, but I really like this product.

This is how I see this product. If you don't have much money or are new at using lathering shave cream to test it out go ahead and get this. If you're committed to lathering your own shave cream/soap, buy a better brush and use a coffee mug. This will look ok in the bathroom but functionality wise it's too light of material. The bowl will want to tip over and fall on it's side with general use. The brush seems ok but I've never had one to compare to. The stand is plastic and light, making it easy to fall over. The entire unit is not sturdy material. If you don't care about looks and don't have much money to spend buy a better brush and just use a cup. If you care about the aesthetics of your bathroom and plan on lathering your shave cream/soap in the future skip this product and spend a bit more to get a better unit. In my case I'm new to the type of shaving this was made for and wanted to try it out. This unit works for me but in the future I'm going to buy a better unit now that I've decided to switch to a straight razor and mix my own shave soap.

Such a lovely thing. So aesthetic and tiny, everything fits into a little 1/3rd cube foot shape. Your razor, bowl, and brush can fit in a minimal perfect space. The brush is super nice, super soft, and it lathers very well. After a few weeks, it is a tiny bit prickly, but it depends on how you brush I suppose. If you brush with the side it is still super super soft. Overall, such a great value, it looks great, and it works great. 100% better than me rubbing shaving cream in my hands for a minute. The bowl is a bit small, and it is sometimes awkward to mix the cream in, but it's no big deal, and due to this, it fits perfectly in the assembly. The bowl is metal, and it is super easy to clean after use, and hang everything. Much faster, and cleaner than when I used just my hands. Great buy

First, you are buying this set for the Synthetic Brush which is incredibly soft with enough backbone to give your face a good exfoliation and raise your hair to be shaved with little irritation. All around a great brush for newbies and veterans alike. The Stand is perfect to hold your brush but not that good to also hold a DE Safety Razor. It would hold a disposable razor. Finally, the Bowl is a little small for lathering your soap but it is perfect to hold a soap puck for storage. All in all this is a great set, at a great price! IMHO some of the negative reviews for this set are just people looking to complain. Enjoy!!

Brush is decent, does what it needs to. Not as good as a quality badger brush. Bowl is pretty much useless. Too small, impossible to not get lather everywhere. Stand is cool I guess, but not necessary, I just put brush in bowl (bigger ceramic lather bowl I purchased after this one was a fail)

This is a cheap shave set. It is decent at best and the brush is the best single item out of the kit. I cannot say the brush is spectacular but it is soft and does what it should. The stand is very light plastic and while it holds the brush and razor fine, it needs a lot more heft. The bowl is too small. Can you get a decent lather with it? Yes, but it is very small (as most shave bowls on Amazon are). I highly recommend a much better bowl. They can be had for $16 or so. Get one that is wider (about 4.5 inches across) and has ridges in the bottom for assisting with lather creation. This kit was my started kit and it served that purpose. Enjoy!

My son really likes this, but the razor does not fit in properly and it is always falling out

Excelente calidad

Just received this item and am already frustrated with it. The base is not deep enough to hold a razor in place (cartridge razors and safety razor tested) with the supplied bowl which falls off the stand. The good part is that the brush is nice quality and a good weight and the overall appearance is nice. I would look for a better kit than this if you can afford it.
