I bought these for making my own Keto granola, instead of paying the exorbitant prices being charged for the ready made stuff. These are crunchy, large flakes with a lovely toasted coconut flavour. I also use them in stir fries and rice bowls, or just as a snack on their own. Excellent value for money, you get a lot of flakes in a kg, but they don't come in a resealable bag, so you'll need an airtight container to keep them at their crunchy best!

Really crunchy and tasty. Bought for adding to homemade muesli but I keep just nibbling on it too. Arrived slightly crushed tho as Amazon had put it in a paper bag rather than the usual cardboard box so some flakes a bit small
