Do your own research though as this my interact with certain medications or if you're pregnant so be careful but I have noticed zero side effects.

This is good. When you take it. I swear I recall things in the past o thought I forgot. I’m going to take it every day. It worth the price. Just leave the jar on your table so you remember. I hate taking pills and sublimes but this is the best I ever took. Highly recommend this.
