I cannot believe how poor the instructions are. You’re told to apply the color coat and then immediately apply the top coat. I checked this directly on the essie website and numerous others. The polish color gets immediately messed up by the top coat because there is no dry time. I’m so mad I wasted $30 on this top coat and two colors that cannot be refunded. You would truly be better off investing in a gel lamp and actual gel polish. The time to apply it is shorter than it will take for this fake gel to dry plus it will last longer and look better.
