The desk is a perfect fit for a small room.

Overall, this is a pretty nice desk. It has a beautifully crafted design and color, a nice side compartment above the two drawers on the right side and it is very easy to assemble. The only drawback is that the veneir lightly scratches on top (but not into the wood at all), so at first glance it may be that there is a factory wax finish which gives it the effect of "scratching." Look to pay a little more for a desk protector if you buy this, as it will minimized any possible damage to the surface through common use. This desk is recommended but the reviewer may not have purchased this knowing that there would be light "scrathes" on veneir finish from minimal use.

Found at Office Depot for the same price. Assembly is best with two people, and the finished product is great for basic needs. This desk is sturdy enough to use at home or office. My only complaint is the bottom drawer can be difficult. The inside was packed very well; the box was damaged, but not a scratch on wood.

Extremely difficult to assemble. Also scratches very easily.
