Broil King 931264 Monarch 340 Liquid Propane Gas Grill

Hello I tried to review on Broil King's web site, it seems that they screen negative reviews and it was not allowed, so far after a month I purchased a monarch to save space, it's a three burner with a side burner and rotessori, it does do a good job on the grill side but if you have the side burner forget about just folding it, when you do the door opens up and the burner hangs out, I called also and they said they were aware of the problem and they had no fix, so for a brand new grill I now have a bunge cord wrapped around, and there deluxe rotessori is really junk it has a 5/16" bar and a week motor, it had a hard time with a pork tenderloin, the parts kept loosening up. Ok now I have had this grill for a little over 3 months, so far the Chinese motor on the rotisserie is just about to give up, it hesitates even when there is nothing on it.the rotisserie spit, the chrome is now bubbling and some spots show the copper/brass underneath, the rotisserie now won't light when I touch the wire I get a shock, so I am assuming its shorted.

Our main requirement for a LP barbecue was it had to have a rotisserie and, of course, be in our price range. This model fit our needs. It did come from Canada so it arrived in about a week in a very large box which contained a lot of pieces. My hubby had no problems putting all of them together as the instructions were very clear. We barbecue at least once a week year round and are extremely pleased with the speed & how well it works. As a matter of fact, my husband is absolutely THRILLED with his new barbecue!

This is a very nice grill. Have not had long enough to know how long it will hold up and we keep it covered when not in use. Was pretty easy to put together and is easy to clean. The grates are very heavy duty and clean up nicely. The lid is heavy which tells me this is a quality product. Looked at so many that were flimsy. This one is sturdy and I really like it and would recommend it. I did months of research and looked at grills locally. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Just the right natural gas grill I was looking for. Well made, assembly instructions worked well for me allowing me to assemble and install in less than an hour. Quick disconnect fitting matched our existing outdoor gas outlet and hose length was perfect for our back patio.

both fold down sides were defective one hit the top and won't close or open properly. The burner side table cover-would not stay closed when the side table was folded down. Numerous dents. And a preassembled part was missing so we couldn't put the door on.!!

My last barbeque was disposed of prior to my move. It's been two years since I had a barbeque and I really love it. It is a quality grill with many features and at a reasonable price. It should last a long time.

I've had this grill for about a year and it is the best grill I have owned. The back burner was a must for me because I like to grill indirectly, especially chicken, with a drip pan and this grill is designed for this.

Suggestions: 1) that the manufacturer add written instructions and/or tips to the assembly manual. 2) that the snap-in door magnet be factory-installed as it broke it during assembly. A retailer suggested warming the magnet before installation. Using this advice, the replacement magnet slipped in easily. Grill not used yet but am confident it will serve our family well for many years.

While i've always liked Broil King ... this was a gift to my daughter and her hubby. While I paid for a rotissorry, this came without one. Amazon.ca refunded me to accessory's cost. Fortunately I asked about the rotissory otherwise I wouldn't have known that it wasn't included.

Some issues with build quality. A number of screw holes were sufficiently stripped that the screw would not bite, and required additional nuts to secure properly. Fortunately I had some on hand. The construction manual was all diagrams with no text, and required a little review before proceeding. Anyone who needs written instructions might have a little difficulty with assemblyLike other customers, I did not receive a rotisserie. I ordered a genuine Broil King rotisserie and Amazon refunded me the purchase price.

Just received this BBQ and I must say it looks pretty good.I was about to assemble it when I realized that the vendor must have back-ordered most of all the nuts and bolts.Now I must decide whether to wait for the back-order parts ( if they are in fact back-ordered ) or just go to Home depot and buy the parts myself.On second thought perhaps I would have been better off just purchasing the BBQ at the Home Depot

Its a very good BBQ and very well built. I only gave it a three rating because it did not come with the functionalty promised . .. i.e. it does not have the rotisserie functionality . ... it was not designed for it. Amazone and me reach a discount so that i could keep the BBQ

This BBQ has nice even heat. It feels well built and cleans up easily. I would definitely buy it again.

Great BBQ. Solid and works perfectly. Easy to assemble.

Arrived all bent out of shape. No rotessorie included with this grill. The installation was backwards. Luckily I had a very patient man assembling it for me. Lol. Haven't tried it out yet.
