Update: I'm getting ready to take a 3 week road trip so I bought 4 boxes of these - I am actually going to purchase one or two more because I had the previous ones in my glove compartment for like 2 years before I needed to use the first box I had bought. So they do not expire (if they expire at all) for at least that long (actually add another year to that because I used the rest up last year on vacation). What a wonderful little porta-toilet. Take it anywhere, you just may have to get a bit creative on where to use it but it is WELL worth having them on hand. I initially bought these to have in my glove compartment because I like to travel. ALOT. I also do not like using toilets that hundreds of other strangers have already used that day. I have been waiting for a chance to use these since I bought them in 2021. Alas, that day came when I was in the hospital waiting room for over 5 hours. I had to pee so bad it was miserable, but there was no way I was going to use the lobby bathroom in the ER. So I went to my car (SUV), pulled up the shades on the back windows and put the silver windshield covers over the back and front windows, then rolled the windows down in the front just enough to hang a throw blanket over the glass then rolled them back up. Now I was in absolute complete privacy. Got in the backseat and put a disposable doggy pad under me on the seat (I carry those in the car just for this reason) and proceeded to fill the bag up. I honestly thought it was going to spill over but it did not. It does hold a lot, but I had to pee alot, too. It gelled up, I put it in an empty grocery store bag (which I also keep in my car for trash - along with a package of baby wipes and hand sanitizer) and then went back in as if nothing ever happened. I felt SO MUCH BETTER!! These are awesome! I will be buying more for sure. PROS: Convenient, compact, portable, does what it claims to do CONS: The top opening was a bit uncomfortable as it is hard plastic rather than moldable silicone

At first glance, the opening of the bag looks like it would be too small for women, but fear not, it does work without leaks/drips. Easiest method of use seems to be standing or kneeling, but sitting also works.

I introduced these to my pelvic floor therapist after having a bad UTI/kidney infection. They are amazing! Super easy to use in a pinch, easily captured stream and locked it in. I have a pstyle as well but these are great for when you can’t get out of the car. Well worth the peace of mind. I have them in both glove boxes and one in my purse when traveling.

I've used other brands to save money. Very, very bad idea. The entry point of these is soft. The size is perfect. They're easy to get open quickly. (Best feature) They're pink. They're thick enough. They take care of odor. (They have a small odor themselves, but hey, it's better than mine.) Also pink. The entrance is large enough to alleviate worry. Best brand of all I've tried. Recommended.

These work very well and a very convenient for road trips.

I spend about 9-10 months of my life on the baseball sidelines. If you’ve ever been, you know how disgusting some of those field toilets can be. I use these in place of hovering! Before finding these I’d try to limit my water intake so I wouldn’t have to hold my bladder for so long. That sucks and it’s not good for anyone! Now, I buy a few boxes of these a season and I’m good to go. I will say it felt embarrassing at first because I went in a bag and then I had to carry it out of the stall and throw it away. It was like throwing away a plastic diaper. Haha Then I remembered that I’m a human too and urinating in comfort isn’t something to be embarrassed about.

We have been buying these for years, after getting stuck with a toddler in horrendous traffic that didn’t move for hours. I first found this product in a camping store years ago, and I’m glad it is now available on Amazon. I keep one in the glove compartment in both of our cars. Although this is a “Travel Jane” it is great for anyone—the Jane is just easier for women to use. The urine turns into a gel that will not leak once you close the bag. This is an amazing product. With so many public restrooms being closed or unsafe during this pandemic, I recommend keeping these in your car.

I use these on our little bass boat. I can kneel or squat down and use them very easily without being seen. I can put the bag aside or in another bag and use it again later. It never has an odor, never spills and I can keep using it several times (my dog is ALWAYS on the boat with us, and she never sniffs at it after I use it). These would be great for hiking, camping, road trips when public bathrooms are not an option. The only downside is you pretty much have to undress like using the toilet. But I love that you don't have to keep it completely upright after use or you can just throw it away.

I have tried so many other brands and Travel John is the best for my girls, by far. They have a firm plastic upper part, that prevent dripping. They don't leak I've used them on vacation, on long road trips, during potty training. They're fantastic. I can't say that I LOVE the price, but I do love the convenience. I do love that they've never made a mess. Don't bother getting another brand. Just get these.

These are really very good. Good to have in the car, for festivals, camping etc. They work! No leakage etc.

I work outside a lot but in places overlooked so I need a toilet facility I can use inside my vehicle. I tried these and they work better than any solution I have had before. No spillage, no leakage and no odour. Gel firms up quickly and there was no odour. Very pleased!
