Sweet sweet habanero heat!
This pineapple habanero sauce is so good. It's not so hot that you have to be careful, but it goes a long way. The balanced sweetness and heat adds a kick to recipes and is great on all types of foods as well. I will be buying this again, and based on the quality of this first recipe I may try the other flavors as well. Great work on this, I love that the ingredients listing is clean as well.

A DEFINITE favorite
I hesitate to tell you how much I love this sauce because then you'd know how much I am willing to give away to have an endless supply of it.Thickness: watery, to the point that you can gently drip it on to food but not so much that you meal feels like it's swimmingTemperature: A prick of heat to me, but I know it lasts for some people. My bites stay hot for a few seconds before coolingFlavor: sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Just how I like it.Value: Honestly? Low. The people want more hot sauce in their bottles.Versstility: I may not like it on everything, but I try it on everything. And that says a lot.

Flavorful and Satisfying, but Milder than Expected
I recently tried the Heartbeat Hot Sauce Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce, and overall, I was quite pleased with my purchase. The flavor profile of this hot sauce is undeniably delicious, and it adds a unique twist to my meals. The combination of pineapple and habanero creates a delightful balance between sweet and spicy. One of the aspects that stood out to me was the generous size of the bottle. It's always disappointing when a favorite hot sauce runs out too quickly, but with this product, I found it to be an ample amount that will last me a good while. However, I must admit that I was expecting a bit more heat. While the sauce does have a noticeable kick, I was anticipating a spiciness that would really make my taste buds tingle. Nevertheless, the flavor still shines through, and I find myself reaching for this sauce regularly to enhance my dishes.

Mild but tangy, with excellent flavor and a hint of sweetness
I bought this because it was featured on Hot Ones, and looked tasty. I was not disappointed. So many hot sauces have vinegar as the top ingredient, and are thus, well, vinegary. Not this one. The first ingredient is pineapple, followed by yellow peppers and onion. Vinegar doesn't show up until fourth, followed by habanero peppers. As a result, the sauce is very flavorful with a hint of pineapple sweetness. It's not very hot, so if you don't like hotter sauces, or you just want a bit of tanginess rather than spice, this is a good one. It's rated at 12,200 scoville units, which placed it third on the list in the Hot Ones episode. That's where most guests first start noticing spice, but before they start noticing the burn. The company describes this as their hottest sauce yet, so they appear to specialize in flavorful sauces from the lower end of the spiciness spectrum, which is not a bad thing. This sauce is excellent on low-end burritos (like the microwavable ones from grocery stores), breakfast sandwiches, or in mac and cheese, adding a good flavor to an otherwise bland product. And of course it's excellent on pork, fish, or just about anything else you might eat from a luau.

A nice blend of sweet heat
I expected what I got. Who doesn't like sweet and spicy. Not inexpensive, but a nice sized bottle 👏

Excellent sweet sauce
This sauce rides that line between sweet and savory/spicy perfectly. I've had pineapple sauces where the pineapple was overpowering; this is perfect for me. The fruitiness of the habanero pairs really well with pineapple and I'd say the heat level is pretty mild for a habanero sauce so everybody (even people who don't like super spicy stuff) should be able to consume this without a problem. My only beef with this is: the price. This is a small container and it's expensive. Given that it's a mild sauce too that means I am more apt to really drown my food in it. But these "boutique" sauces are getting more expensive and it's inline with pricing on other sauces.

5 stars BUT...
I'm hoping it's just the batch I recieved this bottle from, but it's mostly habanero.A while back, it had a wonderful mix of Pineapple/Habanero. Unless the formula changed, which I hope it hasn't. This is my favorite Pineapple hot sauce. If need be, i'm sure there are others out there worth eating.I'll order another bottle in a few months, see where it's at.
