I went to Fuller Brush/Stanley home products web site and it says Mexico. Let me say this I have used these for years. My mother before me since the days when the sellers drove from house to house selling their products. The one I have in my kitchen now I have used for over a year. If they get messy just wash out with soap and hot water. I have NEVER had one rust. They are worth the price. I hope this is helpful.

2 I believe the ones I received were knockoffs. Not quality like I ususally get.

I think 1 per order, they were not the Stanley Home Products scrubbers I ordered, they were cheap imitations from Thailand. I was very disappointed. They break up and clog my kitchen drain.
