Material is very sturdy and seems durable. Ventilation flaps are well designed, allowing some airflow without letting in water. Initially the straps for the base wheels baffled me, as the front-right and back-left are very short relative to the other two, but I realized that this is likely intended to assist with proper alignment, and it works well for that purpose. The other two base straps are much more adjustable. The draw strings to pull in the base do their jobs and make things look tidier, though frankly may not be too necessary from a functional perspective. This cover does leave the wheels exposed a bit on my grill (Genesis E-315) but no big deal. It protects all the truly vulnerable parts and looks good.

This is a great grill cover.The "name brand" one for the W-grill type is much thinner and does not have any vents.Previous one lasted about 6-7 years. Was fading a bit, but still was great.The fabric is super durable and thick. Anything from this collection is excellent. We also have a large patio table cover.

This is the second time I have purchased this cover. The first lasted 7 years. Just started to rip and crack. It has lasted through 3 hurricanes and SC summers. Hot, humid, sunny. It sits out on my patio with about 4-5 hours direct sun. I grill about 3-4 days a week in the summer. So it does come on and off alot. Bought the smoker cover also. Still going strong. Highly recommend.

This heavy duty grill cover is worth the money, as the last one I bought (identical item purchased) lasted 12 years! This grill cover is outside on my deck 24/7 and is minimally protected by a roof overhang, so snow, rain, sun and wind are no problem.

Original review:Fit my Costco Nexgrill really well. It is 72x34; long and about 25 inches deep and the cover drapes over the corners spot on. The sides extend almost to the ground, but are about 4 inches short. It's the best generic cover I've been able to find that really fits. Despite being a little off the ground, the straps are still plenty long to attach around the wheels and secure the cover for storms and wind.Construction. Wow. This thing seems really well made. The stitching looks even, with thick thread, and the cover material is very thick and heavy. The straps at the bottom and the clips used to attache around the wheels also look very sturdy and are the insert and click type (easy to attache/detach).The description states a 3 year warranty, but the warranty card that came enclosed (with an 800 number to call) had stickers covering the "three" with a "four". So I guess you get a four year warranty on the cover.One thing to note is that if your grill lid is off center, and you have flat trays or a burner on one side that is fairly flat and wide.... the air vents on the top sides may lay flat. If it does, I would imagine a good rain might let water flow under the cover. My solution was to put an old plastic tupperware bowl over my side burner to raise up the cover. I don't expect to have any issues with water getting in now.LONG TERM UPDATE: Have had the cover for about 3y 9m and it is falling apart. Interior waterproof lining is dried and cracked. Fabric is worn through in several spots. Overall dimensions have shrunk to the point I can't get the cover on and off the grill easily. Used outdoor in Florida, but stored in full-time shade under eves of house. The description states it has a "Limited Lifetime Warranty"... then you read the fine print. The title states it has a 4 year LIMITED warranty, but the text that follows states it only has a "three-year" warranty. Going to try calling for warranty service.UPDATE 8/21. Most recent one I bought only lasted 2 years 8 months. Went to remove cover from grill yesterday and the fabric tore just below the top handle/straps. This one was also on the same grill as in original review. Grill sits under the eves and gets zero sun. Should be lasting a lot longer, considering how the manufacturer describes the quality of the product. I just submitted a warranty claim. Got an email saying they received the online submission and that it can take up to 45 days to be processed. Will update how well this gets resolved.Should mention the warranty information is all over the place. The amazon description says "Lifetime", but the paperwork that comes with the product says 3 years. The manufacturer website implies it is 4 years.UPDATE 9/26. After contacting Classic Accessories about the warranty on my cover, I was asked to provide a copy of the receipt and a photo of the cover. I sent via email, and received an acknowledgement after. About 4 days later I received another email saying my cover would be replaced under warranty, but that it "could" take 6-8 weeks before I would get the replacement in the mail. However, within 2 weeks, I received another email telling me the cover had shipped, and tracking info was provided. I am pretty happy with the entire process.... however.... this still doesn't change the fact that the covers don't last that long, even when in the shade the fabric outer layer degrades, and the vinyl inner later gets brittle. If you buy one, just assume you'll get somewhere between 2 to maybe 3 years out of it. The good part is you should be able to get another one under warranty. So for the price, you get 5-6 years of grill protection.I was also told that the original warranty period does not "restart" with the replacement cover.... unfortunately, I still don't know what the offical warranty period is? Lifetime? 4 years? 3 years.Super extended long term review.It's been about 3 years since I received the replacement cover for the original one that started to fall apart. This one is also starting to get brittle and crack. I've tried to be very gentle with this one taking it on and off but now just folding it will cause the fabric to crack and tear. This is my third one and each has never lasted more than 3 years so keep that in mind. I guess for the price it's not that bad. I'm probably going to order another one simply because I haven't found anything better for the price. Again, mine sits in the shade 90% of the day. The one side that does get some sun is definitely more dried out and cracked than the side that is in the shade 100%. I don't know if treating the fabric with some kind of uv protectant might help? I might try to do something like that this go around.

I purchased one 5/21 and it’s still in great shape. It’s covering a big Oklahoma Joe’s combination grill and smoker with a stack that even hangs it up. It sits out in all the weather in PA and shows little fading. But it has had a hard life and my husband says it’s time for a new one! No rips, tears, or complaints. Great cover. Just hope the new one is as good..

Been looking for a nice sturdy BBQ cover to hold up to Montana weather. This is it! Hail and strong wind did not effect.

Return customer. Bought medium size grill cover to match a table and umbrella cover bought in 2022. The products have stood up well to the elements, highly recommend.
