Received In brand new perfect condition. This is my fourth Seiko watch I have now. And I love them all. This one is Green and it’s more beautiful than the pictures. I also like having the day and date features. All of mine have this feature. Seiko for me is the best!!! I highly recommend!

I just wanted to review the new srpd61 (5kx to Seiko fans) to dispel the myth that the SKX 007 bracelet does not fit the new SRPD. Maybe slight differences in the lugs prohibit you from using an AFTERMARKET jubilee bracelet (Designed for the SKX007) on the SRPD, but the STOCK Seiko jubilee bracelet from an SKX007 fits perfectly. The spring pins on the SRPD are too thin (1.9mm thick) for the SKX jubilee (it requires 2.5 mm thick spring pins). The STOCK pins for the SKX fit the bracelet but the tips of the pins are too thick for the lugs on the SRPD. The problem is inexpensive and easy to resolve! You can order SEIKO brand pins ( 22mm long x 2.5 mm thick with tips that are 0.8 mm thick) right here on Amazon. The SKX jubilee bracelet will then fit PERFECTLY on the new SRPD watch case with NO further modifications. It seems like most SKX fans just throw it on a NATO strap anyhow, but one of my favorite things about the SKX is the stock jubilee bracelet. The only thing I didn’t Like about the SKX was the screw in crown. The spring that pops it out is too strong, making it too easy to cross thread the crown after resetting the time. Most owners probably don’t plan to use either watch for diving so the SRPD’s push pull crown is more than water resistant enough for most activities. Seiko should offer the SRPD on a jubilee, it would be the perfect combo.

Can't beat a Seiko. noy perfect time. You have to wear it every day for self winding or give it a wind up fro the stem.

The pictures don’t do this watch justice at all! The green is more of a midnight green kinda like the Philadelphia eagles midnight green which happens to also be my favourite colour! The watch is well made and beefy but not too heavy and I purchased the jubilee band which I think looks great and completes it. But as for the water proofing, it’s good to shower with and I’ve swam with it but really I’m not a diver so it’s perfect for what i need it for. With all the dive watches you see on the market you’d think like 90% of people are trained scuba divers but for a normal person like me who likes the look but doesn’t require it to be water proof up to 30 BAR it’s great. I can’t say enough good things about this watch really. If you were on the fence before I’d say to grab one and you won’t be disappointed one bit! I’m already considering getting another one
