CaJohns Hot Sauce (Quetzalcoatl Hot Sauce)

I get a bit of heat, the serrano flavor, and I definitely get lime.

Got this hot sauce for Christmas and had to buy myself more. Amazing flavor, definitely has some heat to it but the flavor is fabulous which is what I look for in hot sauce.

Cajohns Oaxacan Hotsauce is my absolute favorite. Goes great on Tacos, beef, chicken, noodles, rice, chips, crackers, and you name it!

Ever since I tried this sauce at the local Pepper Festival I have had a bottle in the fridge and a backup in the pantry.This is one of my must-have go-to sauces. For being a Reaper sauce, it's not as hot as one would think. The flavor is fantastic and the heat is just right. I use this sauce liberally on just about everything.If you like suicide wings, this will definitely make a great wing sauce.CaJohns make some pretty solid sauces, and this is one of those sauces.I highly recommend this product for any lover of all things hot.Buy 2 bottles, because one will go quickly.

Nonstop praise online for this sauce.But ultimately I didnt order it again due to the high shipping cost.After shipping the bottle is $20.00. And as boutique as this is, I'm not payin $20.00 for a premium hot sauce when I can get two premium hot sauces for the same price with prime shipping.

I have had this hot sauce before and I liked it. Something was off about this bottle. It was sour and tasted awful. Poured 85% of it into the sink.
