These just arrived Here are my impressions before using them. The description is misleading, they are not all stainless steel pieces. The dough cutters are steel, but very thin steel that is easily pressed out of shape. Looks like wide strips that are rolled and spot-welded to make a circle. The dumpling molds and stuffing spoon are not stainless steel - they fail the magnet test. So they are probably aluminum. The hinges on the molds look as if they will break unless handled gently. Nevertheless, I'll try them.

These work. That's the best I can say. The dumpling presses are SHARP. The circular shape cutters are flimsy, not one piece but soldered together. While cutting out 10 dumpling circles, mine began to shift and separate. I wouldn't buy this again. I'll be shopping for something far better.

This is at best, a mediocre product. Very flimsy, and not at all staineless steel, as advertised. The dumpling molds and skin cutters are very small. I have not used it yet, but seems that if you apply pressure, the cutters will bend or break right away.I will not reccomend it!!!

Not going to stand up to much use. Really a waste of money.

I was very excited to use these for making pierogies. Very cheaply made. The small handle on the press broke off on the third pierogi I was pressing. Save your money

Love the speed and love the end product after pressing the dough together with the dumpling molds. Great!

Great product. I'm using this product to make fruit turnovers and it works perfectly. The cutting circles are very durable and clean easily. The dumpling press seals very well and leaves an attractive edge to my bakery products. Well worth the price. Highly recommended!

Been having fun using these. Now my famous empanadas have z more professional crimp.

Good buy. They are slightly smaller than I expected them to be. The biggest one is about the regular perogie size, the smaller one is like mini perogies. But it works great all around, so worth the cost.

I have to admit, when I received this dumpling maker, I was disappointed. One of the press cutting rings is bent and the cutting rings feel flimsy. This dumpling maker set is not the best quality. I was expecting stainless steel quality rather than the tin like quality these have. However, it looks like they should work ok. Not sure I would recommend these as had I known, I would have looked for a better manufactured dumpling maker set.
