Natural Coconut Essence - by Uncle Roy's - 50ml Regular Strength

I bought this Gooseberry along with Uncle Roy's Strawberry and Almond essence. I used 3 drops of the gooseberry in a bottle of average sauvignon blanc to give me that gooseberry hint, amazing it is exactly what I wanted. The strawberry is wonderful in plain water and gives a lovely strawberry taste without the sugar I used 4 drops in a pint of water. yum

Used as base to make wine.

Bought this to use as low sugar cocktail mixer, but each time it tastes like sick.Cakes and ice cream is fine but definitely not cocktails

I bought this late one night after having too many drinks. It has since inspired me to engage in all manner of gooseberry-flavoured madness. The gooseberry loaf cake was gorgeous but my dog did not appreciate a gooseberry-flavoured bath.
