Tropical Passion flavor is GREAT! Similar to Paradise Tropical which is no longer sold in stores
The "Tropical Passion" flavor is amazing! Best iced tea ever. We used to buy "Paradise Tropical Iced Tea" in stores, however the company stopped selling retail packages and only sell to the restaurant industry. We tried Shangrib La tea and love it, we like it even better than Paradise and ounce per once it costs much less than Paradise did. I have prepared as per the directions in stove top and steep method, and I found I only need HALF the recommended tea doing it that way. I prefer making it as sun tea, I fill a gallon jar with water, put in ONE bag of ShangriLa Tropical Passion tea and put it outside in the sun for an hour or two and it is perfect. I sometimes add a little sugar or sweetener in my glass of tea, and sometimes I prefer it without sweetener. It is very refashioning and thirst quenching. It is also very economical compared to bottled/canned ice tea and tastes better. I just ordered another four packages and set up a subcription for more each month as we expect to be drinking a lot of ShangriLa iced tea this summer.

HORRIBLE CHEMICAL TASTE
YUCK. WORST iced tea most AND MOST EXPENSIVE I have ever purchased. Tastes absolutely NOTHING LIKE Paradise Iced Tea. Which we drank by the gallon. Now what do I do with the one and a half packages I have left? TRASH. Good thing it is going to break down at the dump. Buy some regular BLACK tea bags, use 5-6 TEA BAGS with about 6 CUPS BOILING WATER. Let steep about 10 minutes in semi large pitcher. ADD EQUAL amount of cool water. Add generous splash of orange juice add ice, sugar or sugar substitute to taste, stir and ENJOY!!

It's OKAY..... But it has some issues....
I've read other buyers reviews and I know I was warned that these teas taste a bit, how shall I say, "Funky," but I wasn't prepared for this one.... I get a bit of the mango flavoring in my taste, but then there is the after taste... a bit of very funky sweetness with a hint of "Soapiness?" I don't know... it just tastes a bit "OFF!"I will say the "Black Currant" by Shangri-La Company....is spot on... one of the best teas your money will ever buy!!!The "Mango" , I'd give it a pass.... Buy the "Black Currant" instead!

So yummy
I usually get my Mango Black Tea from Trader Joe's but my local one is out right now and they don't know when they'll get some in. So away to Amazon I go! I decided to try this as these are for an iced tea so they come in a bigger bag size than a normal tea bag. I put it in my pitcher of water, set it outside (I actually forgot about it and it was outside for about an hour longer than I wanted it to be) then brought it in to add my sugar to it before I put it in the fridge. I tasted a little bit of it before I added my sugar and it was actually good without the sugar and for being out in the sun for an hour longer than I intended. I actually think I like these better than my favorite Trader Joe ones! The mango taste is there and it is really yummy. I know that I will buy these again and again. Thanks for reading!

It could be considered gourmet iced tea.
It could be considered gourmet iced tea, or it could just be considered overpriced, grossly. What you will find inside the package looks like a conventional foodservice pouch. It is also in my experience, not dissimilar from what you'll encounter with any quality foodservice grade tea, especially from a reputable company. It made really wonderful tea. But you can buy half a case (48 bags) for the cost of these six. Or for a few dollars more 144 family-sized bags, all fairly "equal" at making a gallon of iced tea. It is, however, quite good tea. A solid black tea with "hints of tobacco" that brews a deep brown-reddish color with surprising clarity.

Great tasting tea! Highly recommend it!
We are very happy with this tea! We were big fans of Paradise Passion Tea. Since it has been discontinued it has been a huge struggle to find a replacement. This tea does the trick! We love it. It has a nice tropical taste to it.For each tea bag we use only 7 cups of water. Using more water dilutes the taste too much for us. I make a pitcher just about every other day.For 2 picky people... this tea succeeded. We highly recommend it!

If u like this tea, try Coffee Bean's tropical ice tea. Better Value
Yummy tea!! Used to get the Paradise Tropical tea and cant buy it anymore so we tried this since Islands (one of our fav restaurants)has it and we love it. Good item and decent price. Not happy that it only has 6 large bags in it though. Seems expensive. I agree with others that you need to allow bag to sit in hot water longer. I think the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's tropical ice tea is a better value and just as good. The container has 20 bags and it brews much darker than this one.

Good tasting tea.
I bought the Organic Green Tea and totally enjoyed it. After boiling the water, I let the tea bag sit in it till it until the water was almost room temperature. Then I squeezed the tea bag till no more liquid came out. Makes a decent tea. My only gripe is on the bag, right above the bar code is a square with the statement "for best flavor and clarity, DO NOT refrigerate steeped tea." Well, after reading that, I left my tea on the counter instead of putting it in the fridge as I had the two previous jugs I had made. The second day I went to pour a glass of tea, and it was all moldy. I ended up throwing out almost an entire batch of tea because of that statement. Not sure why they would put a statement like that on something that apparently requires refrigeration. Now I know better.
