WS Game Company Scrabble Deluxe Vintage Edition with Rotating Game Board

My family and I love to play scrabble. This board is amazing. The turning table is incredible for all players to see straight on. The tiles each have a space they slip into and stay perfectly. Nothing is more annoying than having to continuously adjust the letters everytime someone adds a new word to the board. This is not the case with this one. The board quality is amazing. Has a vintage feel and will definitely be passed down/kept for a long long time. Pricey for the game but so very worth it. The packaging was also beautiful.

This looks beautiful on our coffee table and we enjoy playing scrabble on this beautiful board! It's our favorite game and our kids love to play, it's so lovely to have a set that can sit out and be enjoyed all the time.

Not having the letter tiles slide around is a true joy! We got this unit as a returned item, but it was unopened.The bad -Upon unboxing I found one of the side rails that hold the board in place was barely glued in place, and promptly fell off.The good -There was a included card telling who to contact with any issues, so I contacted the importer (from China) and they promptly and magnanimously replaced the game. REAL stand up folks!Review:+This set is so cool... The thing looks great, you'll get a wow when folks see it for the first time. It rotates on little wheels, so it's easy to position to the next player, and, because of the divider grid, the tiles stay zactly in place when rotating the board. No more stiff necks and trying to read the board at odd angles or straightening out the previously spelled words for any mishap.~I would suggest that one avail themselves of a Crown Royal bag to keep the tiles in, as the included bag is of fairly stiff canvas type material, which makes it difficult to thin out the tiles to fit in the provided compartment when storing the board.

With the turntable mounted on the bottom of the wooden storage box the gameboard was higher than I liked. I removed the 3 screws holding the turning thingy and remounted it to the bottom of the gameboard. Remove the spacer holding the scorepad & letter racks & there”s plenty of room the turning thingy to fit into the storage box. Perfect! Set is sturdy & recommended.

If you love the game Scrabble, then the craftsmanship and colors of this game board is awesome. I love the lazy susan and the way the letters are held in place during board movement. The score pad was a nice plus.Fast delivery too. Great gift from my husband.

Love that the board rotates. But the wood of the frame is rough, feels unfinished, as do the tiles. My old tiles are much silkier to the touch, more rounded corners, , & not just through age & use. Storage space okay, but no timer included. Guess the more expensive model has the timer. For $100+ I’d hoped the set would be more attractive. Oh well, love the rotation & fixed letter spaces.

I bought this for my granddaughter, age 12, and she really likes it. I leave it on my coffee table and we keep the game going for days sometimes and no tiles get out of place.
