| Warranty Description | Buyer's exclusive remedy for a nonconformity in any item of the goods shall be the repair or the replacement (at Seller's option) of the item and any affected part of the goods. Seller’s obligation to repair or replace shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year from initial operation of the goods but not more than eighteen (18) months from Seller’s shipment of the goods, provided Buyer has sent written notice within that period of time to Seller that the goods do not conform to the above warranty. Repaired and replacement parts shall be warranted for the remainder of the original period of notification set forth above, but in no event less than 12 months from repair or replacement. At its expense, Buyer shall remove and ship to Seller any such nonconforming items and shall reinstall the repaired or replaced parts. Buyer shall grant Seller access to the goods at all reasonable times in order for Seller to determine any nonconformity in the goods. Seller shall have the right of disposal of items replaced by it. Fusible, just like the description says
Other sellers have said that this is not fusible. Not sure how that happened to them, but I got exactly what was described, and for a great price.

Inaccurate description, poor customer service, difficult to use.
When I purchased this switch it was advertised as a 3-pole disconnect switch (and product description still says 3-wire, 3-phase). The photos showed fuse holders at all three positions within the unit. However, upon arrival I find that the center position has no fuse holder, no switch insert/knife, and no wire terminals for the center phase. The original photo has since been removed from the listing and the item title has now removed references to a 3-pole unit. Customer service is terrible: I asked how many POLES and their response was about POWER ratings. I didn't notice the discrepancy in time (I was waiting for other equipment to arrive for my system install) and the return window has now closed. The accessories are very costly and hard to find - a set of fuse holders cost $66 (as of March 2021) and any threaded service / conduit hub is an extra cost (around $23 as of March 2021). The door only opens upward, cannot be removed and makes wiring inside the unit difficult. Overall not happy with this purchase. Was NOT AS ADVERTISED and does not fit my application.

ONLY a 2 Pole switch!
As someone else mentioned in their review, only has space for 2 fuses. False advertising!
