Inspired Comforts Unisex Right Shoulder & Side Access Post Surgery & Rehab Snap Shirt

I'm about 2 weeks into my recovery from a partial shoulder replacement (plus some revision to previous work in the area.) This shirt has turned out to be the most helpful thing I got - apart perhaps from a nice wedge pillow - that I bought to prepare.The quality is excellent all around, plus the shirt is actually quite comfortable (and breathable) to wear for extended periods. The little strap makes dressing on my own much easier and the snaps can be closed with one hand with no problem. As far as the snaps go, I've yet to have one pop open by itself and the construction of the shirt makes it so they almost never contact the skin directly. Also, it does look like a standard (and high quality) t-shirt from the outside.It runs rather big overall, but unless it's absolutely necessary it fit like a standard shirt for whatever reason, I still recommend buying your usual size if you're going for most types of orthopedic surgery (or probably any surgery with more than a few days recovery.) Believe me it makes things much easier and comfortable to have a loose fitting shirt after some major surgery and the rehab that comes afterwards.If not for the price I would have gotten a couple extra for myself, but getting one or two is more than worth it. No drawbacks in construction or design at all

After shoulder surgery, I needed a shirt which snapped at the shoulder and this shirt was perfect. The fabric is soft and comfortable and the fit was great; I was surprised at the excellent quality. It does not shrink measurably after washing and drying. It is very convenient for doctor’s visits with shoulder examinations or physical therapy appointments, as you can just unsnap the shoulder and don’t have to take off your entire shirt. I would highly recommend getting one or two of these shirts if you have shoulder surgery scheduled.

Having shoulder surgery and being in a sling for 6 weeks is not easy and I know my surgeon and his team did not really prepare me or give me any info on what I needed to purchase to be ready. I ordered one shirt with magnets for closures which works however the magnets are hard to keep closed. This shirt however has snaps and a pull string to assist you, when by yourself, in getting the pieces on your bad shoulder where they need to be so you can snap them with your good hand. It is a nice soft heavy t-shirt fabric and I ordered 1 size up from my normal size for ease of lounging purposes and also it is easier to get on with one arm with extra room in it. You do a lot of lounging after this surgery and this shirt is super comfy. I'm about to order another one as I need to wash this one! :-) Great, helpful purchase!

This shirts is very functional but not my favorite. The snaps are easy to snap but obvious. They are far enough apart that the fabric doesn't lay flat, making it obvious that it is a medical access shirt. sizing is comfortable, liked the it was a little longer than others I ordered, so it stayed down even with the waist strap of my sling. Fabric is not very soft. It isn't thin but still feels like a cheap t-shirt.

I bought these for rotator cuff surgery. They are high quality and very soft. The snaps are a big hit at PT because it’s so easy to reach my are far therapy.

Too Small!!! Reordering XXL - I normally wear a L, already returned a L for the XL.....

Shirt only opens on one side, easy to put on and snap by yourself. Nice medium weight tshirt.
