VERY EASY AND CONVENIENT
These granules are great if you just want to make a small amount of sauce eg for one person. I just put a couple of heaped spoons into a bowl add a small amount of hot water and hey presto a lovely pepper sauce!

It’s ok. Not as ‘flavourful/peppery’ as I’d like
I’m a big fan of pepper sauce and have eaten close to my body weight in it over my life span - this is ‘ok’. Made with water it’s quite gravy like and with milk it’s lot creamier and tastier although both ways quite bland I find. Tasty, but doesn’t pack a punch. Has done well but wouldn’t buy again.

Gluten free, this is the only version i have found as gluten free
I have spent ages looking for a gluten-free Au Poivre sauce mix. This product wasn't listed as gluten-free but when it arrived it has no wheat in it! A great find... its deliciouse too!!
