Works like a charm! Great product! Installed by a woman....
This product worked perfectly! My windshield wipers were stuck on intermittent, and wouldn't turn off. I had several people try to convince me that it was the wiper motor, but the wipers were working, they just wouldn't turn off or work at a different speed, so I knew it had to be some other problem. After researching, I found that this particular part frequently goes out and it causes the same exact issues that I was having, so I purchased this part and hoped for the best. I found a few YouTube videos that have the basics on how to install this part, but they weren't very detailed. I found several different discussion boards that had various tips and how-to instructions, and just put all the information together and gave it go. You have to remove the wiper arms completely to get the plastic cover off in order to get to the part where the relay board attaches. I wish I would have taken video of the actual process, but it was a trial and error method, so I have no video to share. I had a difficult time getting the wiper arms off and finally found a tip that you should raise the arms to release the tension on the spring while trying to pry them off and that was definitely the missing key. I purchased a battery terminal puller as several people recommend, but it didn't work, I ended up using a wrench and had to work the wiper arms back and forth while prying upward with the wrench to get them to come off. After finally getting everything removed and actually getting to the area where the part attaches, it was a breeze from there. The board fits perfect and the plug slides easily into place. This part looks exactly like the factory part and everything lines up exactly as it did with the old part. There is a small plastic dial that you have to make sure is in the same position as the one you took off. This product is much more cost effective than having a repair shop do the work. If you have any sort of mechanical ability and a little patience, you should have no problem installing this part. I am so glad I was able to find this part and not have to pay a repair shop to fix it for me. This was much cheaper than anywhere else, and works as stated. If I have any issues in the future, I will update as necessary. I am super stoked that I have functioning windshield wipers again!

Easy to replace, solves the crazy wiper behavior, but GM engineers could do a better job
On my 2006 Trailblazer the wipers went crazy. Wiped whenever they just got the feeling to wipe, so temporarily I had to remove the fuse. As I got the part I realized that I will need a puller to remove the wiper arms. When I ordered a finally got those too, It was a good 40 minutes to replace the pulse generator. GM engineers could hide this sensitive electrical panel anywhere in this huge ass car, but they picked the best location to get all the dirt, water and all other elements of weather on it on a daily basis. So as I thought the thin rubber sealing was blown on the original part, and oxidation did rest of the job. The complexity of the board does not even explain the price, so 2 stars for value for money is still too kind from me.

Works like a charm!
My wipers stopped working one day on my truck. I did a little research and discovered that these modules are known to fail on my vehicle and that replacement was no big deal. I ordered this module, installed it and it's been working great ever since. Fit exactly like an original GM part. I had this module installed in less than an hour. Anyone with basic mechanical skill can do it and it will save you an expensive repair at a shop.

I am just happy to not have possessed wipers anymore
I originally had to buy this because my wipers started acting like they were demon possessed. Turning on when they weren't supposed to, not turning on when they were supposed to, the water jet turning on when set to high or low without being activated, weird intermittency in wiper function when turned on to a specific setting... That kind of thing. It fit perfectly, I had little trouble installing it.This thing took care of it all, but after looking it over, it seems awfully expensive for the very little you get. It's not a micro computer or anything, it is nothing but a plastic housing and a cheap PCB board.

Easier than I thought to install
After mis- diagnosing my problem with the wipers and replacing the switch, I researched the problem and came up with this as a solution. There was a good video on You Tube and I very methodically followed the video. Took me a while because I took it slow, step by step. But when it was all together, it worked just fine and fixed all of my wiper problems. I'm sure I saved a lot of money, even with replacing the wiper control / turn signal switch which was not needed. You do have to have a few tools that the average homeowner may not have, but none of them are expensive and you will need them for other projects in the future if you are like me.

Fixed my 07 Chevy Trailblazer berserk wipers
My wipers and motor would stay on at high speed and wouldn't stop squirting windshield glass cleaner, so I had to take the fuse out (fuse box behind the back seat). This part fixed the problem. It wasn't too hard to install. Watch a video on YouTube, you can do it yourself. 2007 Chevy Trailblazer.
