Lien Bo: Continuous Step: Northern Style: 1 (Northern Shaolin Style)

There are several parts of this book I particularly enjoyed. First, the photos of the techniques and their explanations are quite clear and well presented. I also really liked how the combat applications of the set are shared directly after each move of the form rather than in a separate section of the book. Lastly, the appendix with small sequential photos of the set in its entirety is a nice approach. Overall I recommend the book and appreciate Shifu Rick Wings continued contributions to the Northern Shaolin community.
