Square Bucket Kit, Ten 4-Gallon Buckets and Ten White Snap-on Lids with gaskets

I got the buckets yesterday, just in time to get 2 to the XL Lab to test for air/waterproof. Now the lab tech loves me because she gets the overtime. I will update if any negative results.FYI, lids are easier to install than other brands. I still used a rubber mallet to tap them down, and turned bucket upside-down to visually inspect the latching tabs. (Easier with a flashlight) price is a little higher than expected, but you pay for quality. Shipping from PolyFarm was super fast. Within 8 hours, I ordered a second batch.

Beautiful buckets. Gaskets are excellent. They hold mylar bags perfectly. Great for food storage. They accept adhesive labels well. They wash well. They look good and stack well. Bought them 3 times. Happy with them.

I love using these sturdy stackable buckets to maximize space in my pantry.

So you get a little green slip of paper in the box of buckets that essentially says "give us a chance to make problems right." I can tell you they mean it. I got ten buckets, but only nine lids. I sent one message and I got the 10th lid sent ASAP. Oh, and I really like the buckets too.

The buckets are nice, stack nicely and seal well. However, even after removing “the pull tabs” often with the help of a single edge razor to get it started, pulling the entirety of the tabs off did virtually nothing to help with the difficulty removing the lids. It’s a real struggle. So I have to either just sit the lids on the bucket (no sealing) or pull up one corner, stick my hand painfully into the buckets to retrieve the various item. Is there some way to make this easier without weight-training to be built like Arnold Schwartznegger?

Very good quality, sturdy and thick plastic not likely to break. They seal up very tight. I use these for food storage in storage dry beans, rice, pastas, sugar, lentils.Would buy again!
