This seems a bit over-complex and I was a little underwhelmed. Some interesting ideas (parallel thinking), but not enough to warrant a higher review.

This is one of my favored books of dr. Edward de Bono. I even bought copies and send to my friends without telling them who is the sender. I figured that after they read this book they could signal me it's language in silent fonts ...Edward at his best guides you from focusing on your target site to entering it's secret space to seeing it from many angles and alternative ways to view something and then settling to what fits best the situation ... before taking a leap to action.This book even made my dreaming mind create better dreams!

Disappointing! Don't waste your time reading this. Author seems to ramble; not organized very well.

This is a must read book for someone wanting to understand more about thinking skills and to go from a good thinker to a great one.

It is very interesting to see how De Bono helps people in understanding on how to organise their thoughts, nad how to think in a different way.

I must admit I was a bit worried before buying this book; most books that deal with the mind or with thinking are difficult to understand and you need to muster all your thinking abilities to wade through them. This book is easy to understand without being patronising, well organised and offers the reader exactly what it promises, it teaches you to think. The author truly loves his topic and gives the imression that he genuinly wants to share this knowledge.

de Bono helps the reader to explore and understanding effective thinking and provides a simple, straightforward model which can be applied to a wide range of thinking situations.

Yeah, it's crucial to know how to think and this book tells the world that.
