Cockatiel Bird Food (with Sunflower Seeds), 4 lbs Bag - Seed Mix for Cockatiels

My birds really enjoy this food. And I like it because this food seems cleaner and fresher than other brands. I will definitely purchase again.

Finally, clean, safe, and nutritious bird seed at an affordable price! I love that there are no artificial ingredients or additives to this seed. Both of my birds are happy with it, and actually seem to have more energy since switching to this food. (They get to eat other foods too, such as vegetables and millet, but this is their primary dish food.)

I like the fact that there is a good mixture of different seed that are nice and clean. It has a lot of safflower seed in it, which for some reason my cockatiel refuses to eat. He loves sunflower seed and there’s a fair amount in this seed. Sometimes I buy extra sunflower seed and mix a few more with this seed. I think my bird is a picky eater. (If I buy a brand I’m unsure of, I put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours in case of bugs in the seed.)

Good bird food for "picky" birds. Unlike other bird foods there are no fillers ; nothing in there for them to waste. My birds will not eat other bird foods. They enjoy eating this food.

My Cockatiels are very picky about what they eat. This has some ingredients they are not familar with but I am hoping they will learn to like them as I feel they need the variety.

That would be my only complaint ... the mixture is a high end proportion of sunflower seeds. Easily Fixed! I removed them from the container I keep it in, put them in a separate container and ordered the one without the sunflower seeds. I love the fact that this brand doesn't have dyes, has some greens, and really is an overall extremely well eaten brand.
