I used a drill to install the hooks, it will get dusty during the process. Look to see where to anchor it first, and start making holes for the hooks. It hold a good amount of items and stable. Highly recommend! Looks great after putting the items in. It's been over a month and it's still hanging, easy to put up! It's doing its job!

Very easy to set up, the only struggle was the wall anchors being a little tricky. It holds a lot of stuffies!

I am using this to store about ten stuffed animals, ranging from quite small to quite large, and it is working well. The storage capacity seems great, but the toy hammock does sag a lot more under the weight of the stuffed animals than I expected (maybe two feet or more). I am renting my apartment, so I initially tried to use heavy-duty (5 pound) Command hooks instead of the included screws. They did not work; in fact, they went absolutely shooting off the walls when I tried to stretch the toy hammock out and over them, which was unexpected and unfortunate for the walls and my head! Now, I am instead using small hooked nails that are tenuously hanging on; I am a little nervous, but they have been up for a month or so successfully. I wish that there were clearer directions included with this toy hammock in terms of how far to space out the holes. I spaced out my two outer nails roughly 3.5-4 feet from the corner nail (and about one foot from the ceiling), which seems fine. It's been nice to get the stuffed animals off the beds/couches, but hanging the darn thing was a nightmare.

I am seriously super impressed with the Prince Lionheart jumbo toy hammock. I was looking for a place to put stuffed animals that had overrun the room. I needed something that would be out of the way but still allow my child to keep and display their favorite plush toys. There were a few options to choose from so I wasn't sure which would be best. While this was not the cheapest item the reviews seemed like this would provide the best experience in terms of strength, durability, and the amount of toys that could be placed on it. This was important to me since I didn't want to have to buy two of them - and have them take up two corners of a bedroom to do it - just for stuffed animals. I, of course, also did not want something to come tumbling down on my child so I needed to know it would stand up to the test of time even when seriously stuffed to the max with toys. This product exceed all of my needs and hopes for it. My child filled it to the brim with stuffed animals and it has stayed strong with nothing falling or tumbling out over the last few weeks. It is a sturdy item that seems like it is going to hold up well and it was able to hold over 50 stuffed animals all on one spot. I would highly recommend this to any parent looking to have a spot off the ground for toys for the kids that just can't part with any of their beloved stuffed animals.

I was very pleased when I got this in the mail, and now that it's up I am happy with it but not thrilled. It is large enough to hold quite a few toys, I would say it's best for medium size and under. My main problem, and the one that keeps me from rating this higher than three, is placing it. I followed the directions, stretching out to figure placement before sinking the anchors. Unfortunately even with that I can see I am going to have to TRY to remove the anchors and reposition them. You can't really get a fair idea of how much stretch you are going to need until you can start putting toys into it, which you obviously can't do until it's hanging up.For the reviewers stating this is tiny, or not stretchy, contact Amazon and compare sku numbers, you must have been sent the wrong size. This does reach six feet. But the more you stretch it out, the less toys it is going to hold.The good things? I have not had any problems with the anchors coming out of the wall, or the hooks out of the anchors. We managed to get almost all the stuffed "babies" out of a 18 gallon tub and into this hammock. I think they will all fit once I do some rearranging instead of my daughter's idea of how they best fit.I am posting a picture of the hammock and her toys to give other parents a real world example to look at, not an ad man's idea of how much fits.

This is a great product and is exactly what I expected. I ordered two for separate purposes. They came very quickly and I was able to put them up in just a few minutes a piece. I read a lot of these reviews before I ordered, and noticed that a lot of people complained about the hanging hardware that came with the hammocks. I'm not sure why this is...it comes with three long cup hooks and three plastic wall anchors (for dry wall without studs). I didn't even use the anchors, and unless you're putting something super heavy in the hammock I doubt you'll need to either.I used one of my hammocks for stuffed animals and the other for my exercise ball in my home gym. I got the idea for that from another reviewer here on Amazon, and it works great and is way cheaper than the devices actually designed to store the exercise ball. I think it looks kind of cool too, and it gets it up and off the floor (it was constantly rolling around and driving me nuts, plus it took up a good chunk of floor in a rather small room). In other words, there are many uses for this product, so think outside the box! For the price, you can't beat the potential.
