Q: Is this too moisturizing for combination/oily skin?

It's not so much a moisturizer - it's more a skin softener, but also helps the skin to retain moisture. I've been using rose water and glycerin since I was in school (so it's been about 20 years!). I swear by it. I suggest putting it in a spray bottle and then after you towel dry your skin, spray it on. Then I massage it in to the skin. I use it on my entire body - from face to feet. I live in a very humid climate but also travel to very dry places. Regardless of the climate, rose water and glycerin is the most effective skin moisturizer I've used. Some people find it a little sticky, however you can always water it down a bit by adding more rose water. Also, the brand Heritage seems to have less glycerin in its formula. I prefer De La Cruz because it's a little more 'potent'. Hope this helps.

Yes it is . be careful when you pour this, it comes out like water. Great product, very satisfied.

Q: What are the ingredients?

Glycerin with rose water. I like this product a lot. If you want a lotion that is lighter, go for one marked "Rose Water and Glycerin". When the word "Glycerin" comes first in the description it means that it has more of this ingredient in the formula. The Glycerin is the skin softening agent. I find it works very well. I've been using it for many years.
