Easy to assemble , thick chain and protective sleeve for little kids and it is helpful that comes with the hooks already , I got my delivery 10 m ago and ran to my backyard to install it, super super happy !! I tried it as my little ones were taking a nap and very satisfied. The one that came with it broke, it was made out of thick plastic so we needed to replace it , this one is so convenient as it's made out of durable rubber and different people can use it not only the kids !( In the picture I have another hook as we also have the swing for baby attached as well )

the swing is well made but I only received one carabiner. The only way to get the missing part was to return the swing, order another one and cross my fingers in hopes all the pieces would arrive.
