A great plateau buster for me. I take it an hour before my workout with caffeine and theanine. notice I can squeeze a few more reps in or add more weight. With my high protein diet it does seem like I'm adding more mass from the increased recovery.

Seems like a good product but arrived expired (01/25) in 3/25. Other than that it has a good profile.

They sent a product that expired over two months ago. It’s also a very low dosage. It has “Mediator” which is a name brand that has 50% phosphatidic acid, so about 80mg. The studies on this were done with a dosage of 750mg. That and them not caring about selling a product that’s expired and not as effective, buy something else.

I was skeptical and generally cynical about anything working for me. I will definitely be purchasing more of this product and increasing my daily dose.

I know there aren't too many studies to support the benefits behind PA, but maybe I am one of the few that has those positive side effects.
