I wore these cat eye glasses with a 1950s outfit for work one day and they looked great! I wore a "Pink Ladies" jacket and sideways neck tie and these were the perfect compliment!

I purchased these cat eye glasses for a costume party. I specifically wanted a turquoise color and was thrilled to find them on Amazon, as I had searched local costume stores and could only find red, black, white, and pink cat eye glasses. These worked well for my costume for the party. I am a small sized woman and they fit my face perfectly. They could probably be worn by children around 12 years old and above as well (they could be worn by children younger than 12 also, but I don't know how well they would stay on). The glasses are lightweight, as expected, with clear plastic lenses. At times, the plastic lenses would make it difficult for me to see, so I would take them off once in a while during my costume party. My costume party was inside a house that had very little lighting and decorations to go with the theme, so it isn't really the fault of the glasses that at times it was hard to see. These aren't made to be actual glasses to help anyone see, they're for costume purposes. The turquoise color of the glasses is a medium turquoise, almost teal colored. The rhinestones are inlaid in the glasses, so they don't stick out at all. But they are definitely tiny rhinestones and not just silver paint. Overall these were cute for my costume purposes, a good price, and worked for what I needed.

I bought these for my Halloween Wenda costume (Wenda is Waldo’s friend in the “Where’s Waldo” books - the original, interesting Wenda, not the redesigned, UNinteresting Wenda. Did you know that the original books, in England, it’s “Where’s Wally”? They changed it to Waldo in the U.S.) Anyway, the glasses are cute, fun, lightweight and easy and comfortable to wear. Many people thought they were actual eyeglasses. The frames are sturdy, not cheap and flimsy.
