I found even XL to be too tight unfortunately.
The product is extremely well made and designed. I gifted them to a Friend who also has foot conditions. I bought XL, they just didn’t work out for me. The top of the leg band was way to tight leaving marks—-the sock portion itself was too tight —-I do have severe OA & RA in bilateral feet, ankles, and hands. More extensive swelling in the ankles and feet. It was very hard to finally pull them on due to the RA pain and weakness in my fingers. The 2 devices I have to assist putting socks on, do not work with most compression sock's. Even the hard plastic one, folds inward. That said, I do believe this is an amazing product for most people, it just depends on the persons overall foot condition. I was very happy to try the product, and gift it. I do wish companies would create more socks with less compression at the top band of the sock for people like me. I’ve tried numerous compression socks, most of them are just too thick, and too hot to wear all day. The thinner ones tend to get “runs” easily, and jokes at the toe.

Effective Comfort for Tendon Issues
I have a weird tendon disfunction issue that causes foot cramps, swelling, numbness, etc. and these socks have been a lifesaver. I was skeptical at first that a sock could make a difference in my day to day pain, but now I have 4 pairs and I use them almost daily. They are a lifesaver when things aren’t going my way!!!

Only one
Never tried compression socks before, i been having foot pain when im at work. The side always hurts and it gets bad where i cant walk. I wore these at work today and instead of being in full pain i only had alittle. Sucks you only get 1 pair for the price.

STRANGE TOE PROBLEM ... socks seem to work BUT ....
WARNING: take off at night. Don't use all the time. I had a weird problem with them (CON below).PRO: I used these for a few months (left foot only) because they seemed to work, at least a little, for helping my left ankle stop hurting and, it seems, "stabilize" or not be affected as much by what a podiatrist claimed was calcification in the ankle at the Achilles tendon contact - nothing else showed up when X-rayed and otherwise checked. I pretty much wore them ALL the time.CON?: after several months, I noticed my big toe was pretty tender like my toenail was growing into my toe (on the inside, the side central to my body). It was getting to be a problem potentially impairing my walking at all!! After a few weeks I deduced MAYBE the problem was the compression sock! I took the sock off and now, after a month or so, the toe is mostly back to normal (at least 80% "cured"). Strange.Since my left ankle feels OK I no longer use the sock anyway. It seems to have done the job. IF the compression was creating the toe problem (after a few months), despite not being designed to compress the toes but pulling on them anyway due to the general compression (it was by design a pretty tight sock!), I think I was unwise to leave the sock on at night.By the way, I only wore the Left sock and had zero toe problems with my Right toes. That's a clue, for sure.SUGGESTION: use the sock(s) as little as possible and discontinue if toe tenderness develops. Certainly don't use at night when not using the foot much.
