A little pricey but labs prove I'm metabolizing it well!
I have had this brand of B complex recommended for its ability to be absorbed even with mthfr (gene mutation). I have been taking it off and on for multiple years at this point and I'm still just as happy with it. I went off of it for a few months last year and my labs came back great! They were in the high normal range! Which is a huge relief that I'm metabolizing these vitamins so well that my body isn't going deficienct even during short breaks in taking them. They're a little pricey when you have other vitamins in your regimine...but they're worth it and I'll continue taking them. I know my body is happy when I do.

Excellent active B-complex
We are health care professionals and use these daily, they are more bioavailable than the typical B-complex. Highly recommend

Recommended by my MD and SUPERB
First rate B-complex vitamins. Recommended by 2 of my integrative MDs. Provides excellent brain/cognitive alertness and endocrine-- including adrenal - support. Definitely worth it. Easily absorbed and utilized. Take only before 12 noon as it is long-lasting and you won't want to have overly active dreams at night. Not so good for anyone with a histamine high sensitivity, but otherwise this has had a tremendously beneficial impact on my family.

These work excellent they are high quantity B vitamins. I bought them on prime day. I wish I could afford them when they’re not on sale. Price is to high but you pay for the quality.

Know your vitamins!
This is the best b complex I have ever taken. The ingredients are top notch and it doesn’t hurt my stomach like most others. I saw some reviews regarding this product and allergic reactions. Please know what you are taking as this product contains niacin. Niacin can give you a “flush” and if you are deficient as most people are even the non flushing form, which this product has as well, can make you flush. A flush can make you just feel a little warm or it can make you feel itchy and hot. This is nothing to be scared of as it only lasts a few minutes and is good for your body to do. I noticed myself if I did not eat with it, the flush was stronger and the directions say to eat something with it. I look forward to trying more products from this company.

With supplements, you "get what you pay for!"
This product may be a bit more costly than some other brands, but I have done my research and it is well worth it if you care about your health enough to invest in supplements. For one thing, the type of Vitamin B6 in this brand, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, is the best form you can get. The cheaper brands instead contain pyridoxine hydrochloride. With pyridoxine hydrchloride, the body has to convert it into an "active" form before it can be used by the body. However, ProThera and other similar excellent companies use pyridoxal 5-phosphate which is already in an active form and so the body can use it right away (without converting it). Some people have illnesses (impaired liver function, older people, those with autism) that limit their ability to make that conversion so that particular type of Vitamin B6 may be totally useless to them. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate has also been shown in research studies to impact the development of Alzheimer's disease (2002 study, University of California, Davis). I am not being reimbursed in any way to write this; I am just a consumer who believes that, with supplements anyway, you usually "get what you pay for." We must do our research on vitamins and supplements before we purchase them.

Definitely caused the "flushing" (rash) response
I was optimistic based on the ingredients that this would be a useful (although expensive) supplement. But after taking it a few times, I often experienced the "flushing" response (red rash and prickly feeling) for several hours after taking this item. From what I read online, this is known to happen to some people. I've taken B6 only for years and not had this issue. So it must be due to the other B vitamins in the pills. I was hoping my body might adjust but it appears it won't. So, I cannot take it.There is not satisfaction guarantee so I have no chance to return it, which is disappointing. So I'd think seriously before you invest such a large amount in this supplement.
