Lottie's Traditional Barbados Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce

This is a great sauce for stews - I use it in my turkey stew. Very authentic and delicious!

I am a big fan of Bajan hot sauces, and mustard-based sauces in general, like Carolina BBQ. I've tried many of the well-known Bajan sauces out there, and this is without question the best I've ever tasted. It has good heat, a solid mustard presence, and a perfect balance of vinegar and aromatics that gives it a bright flavor. It is a fairly thick sauce with some chunks, need to shake it well. Love this sauce on everything from eggs to sausages, seafood, Asian dishes, pizza, grilled meats, anything. Stop reading reviews and just buy it already.

This is an excellent hot mustard sauce that I have purchased for years. That said, the price has doubled in the last 12 months and I can no longer justify a purchase. Sad.

Very long time ago and a little dive bar I think this guy the owner used to go to Barbados every summer and he would bring back some of the sauce. He's tell us a bottle every now and then or we'd have some on a good greasy cheeseburger late at night I miss this sauce I was so happy to find it

If you know what Barbados hot sauce is, you will love it. T'is is the real thing. If you don't know what it is you should try it. Wonderful stuff.

Very tasty, good replacement for Pirates Lantern which seems to be no longer available.

We visited Barbados several years ago, and my husband fell in love with this pepper sauce.We have been buying it from Amazon for years. We have tried several others, but this is still his favorite.
