Sorry but it was awful. Just a quick rush of random little anecdotes then the author states "now I have proven X let's explore Y, Z. I'd strongly recommend that you keep it moving and find a different book. This is basic beyond belief.

for me buying this book was waste money and time! this book is ALMOST good for someone who never ever read any book about self-improvement !!!!!!
