Epic wheels!
I did SO much research to land on this trike. Between the stunning trike itself and the incredible customer service, you can’t go wrong! I literally got rid of my Tesla (after it tried to kill me) and traded UP for this beast. The only thing you need to know that you can’t find in the specs is that the ride is not as stable as you would assume for a three-wheeled machine. You are still on a bike but it’s more like a motorcycle in terms of steering and handling. Super easy and straightforward on flat surfaces, but at speed and on uneven surfaces you will notice the trike lean and need to steer to turn versus leaning your body. I’ve never tipped over, but it feels possible so pace yourself while learning. Once you learn you will be fine, but don’t race out of your garage like a bat out of hell! The throttle is POWERFUL. You never need to struggle to start or go uphill. It’s nicer looking in person. A real head turner! Bigger that it looks in the pics. My friends call it the monster truck of bikes! It’s SO fast and the chunk wheels allow me to go where mountain bikers go, but I don’t recommend too much off road because the chain gears are low and you will hit them. Overall, this thing is badass! Someone else assembled it for me. I’d recommend a pro if you don’t know anything about bikes.

Grateful 3Score Etrike Customer
My 3Score Etrike has arrived, and I must say it is absolutely beautiful and a joy to ride. I did reach out to Sharon, at 3Score Customer Relations, for assistance in the minimal assembly process. Sharon responded immediately to my request and got me on the road. Assembly was a breeze and I quickly came to appreciate the design, quality construction, and comfort of ride. I look forward to many years of safe and much needed exercise. Thank you Sharon!

Good E trike with great Customer service
Riding a bike is not like riding a trike. There is a learning curve. Trikes do not take tight curves well, you will have to slow pretty far down before turning corners. This was all tested prior to the trailer being attached. However, the positive is knowing the turning threshold for the entire bike makes it safer for me to travel with my two medium sized dogs in the trailer. When I was pulling the trailer with the E bike I actually no idea what was happening with the trailer when I was turning corners. Customer service HAS to be great. The only instructions included were a postcard that asks you to text customer service. So if you did not have a cell phone I’m not sure how this would’ve been handled. They did have an older manual online, which I searched for and few videos on YouTube. I used these because I was too impatient to wait for a customer service representative to contact me. Though they did contact me the same day. At first the motor would not start, so I contacted them again and they told me a trick get it to work. Once everything was set up I dismantled the rack which was already assembled. I have found that with every e-bike/trike pre-assembled screws need to be tightened. They jiggle loose. That was the case for the rack that holds the battery. I ended up losing the nuts because they jiggle loose. The only thing I noticed was the battery was getting far more difficult to pull out and push in before I realized it was actually because those screws were coming loose. I love having to buy some lock nuts, which is what they should’ve used in the first place. What would’ve made this trike better is if it came with an option greater than 750 W and had a mid-drive motor. I just live in a very hilly neighborhood and the bike response on the hills varies. Sometimes it works fantastic, to the point where I don’t understand why anybody would want anything greater than 750 W. Other times on the same hill it would seem like it was struggling. There seems to be nothing to account for this discrepancy. On the hills, the battery will sometimes register a great discharge of 20% and then I will get to the light and it will change to 5%. Otherwise the anticipated drainage amount by the time I do a round-trip seems to be normal. Front wheel drive, like in a car, resulted in spinning wheels as I transitioned from road to a slightly graveled slope. Unlike with my E-bike pulling the trailer, this was not a smooth transition. However. my ebikes motor is on the rear tire. Despite recommendations, I now know this bike cannot drive through Beach Sand at 3 inches unless it’s mostly compressed. Delivery: My ebike was delivered in high density foam, with nice tools and delivered like a $3K bike. This eTrike was in very little foam or protective wrapping, with a few Allen wrenches. The fact that it was in one piece speaks to the quality of the bike itself. The box was in shreds. Pros: Total weight capacity and 3-wheel configuration allow for various setup opportunities for the rack area. Large tires allow for ability to go from concrete to grass. Battery is easy to remove, allowing for charge in the house. Key does not have to stay in battery once turned on. For only being 750watts, does hills fairly well Nice quality trike. Great customer service. Extremely Versatile Cons: Seat is uncomfortable. Missing manual or website links. Not packaged well with few tools. Loose screws. No upgrade option for larger motor. Edit: After owning for 1 year, the customer service provided by Fernando is awesome. I was able to text him a year later with a question. I originally removed the rear basket and replaced it with a dog carrier. I have hung the rear basket from the handle bars when I need to carry groceries and dogs. I have removed the dog carrier and ridden around a second passenger for a total bicycle weight test of 440 lb. I have ridden it for a ~26 mile round trip to the beach and back with the dog carrier (2 dogs) and myself, total weight ~350lbs. Uphill both ways. Almost ran out of batteries, but it wasn’t an easy trek. To encourage the battery to last for the trip, I avoided throttle and tried to remain in level 1/2.

This bike is awesome
The assisted peteling was pretty kool but that lasted couple weeks. I miss the motor part or at least having the option for it. I get tons of compliments all the time but in-house that's not what I paid for. I guess you live and learn nothing is ever as its suppose to be or close to claim. My 1st review I did had video and was after only having it a week Amazon wouldn't post it community guidelines so here's my edited review sans video and pics . Good thing cuz I would of had to edit anyways. They do offer tech support during business hours not sure what they can do without the bike being present . I'll give them a call or text but I'm not all that smart especially when it comes to mechanics I'm far from being inclined. Idk the kean on it scares me I'm lucky to of only fallen once but you do get an urge to wanna jump off so better to keep it at around 5 miles an hour. That's as fast as I've gotten it my hubby got it up to 20 miles an hour and I was traveling in car behind him and you can see the bikes lean. Could prolly reach out n touch the ground . So be very careful going fast don't recommend going super fast on it, just because it says it can don't mean you need to. Would prolly ride it more often and go further but the lean is very scary so its best to stay right in front of the h o use or real close. I wouldn't go more than maybe quarter mile. The Hassel of putting it on The rv hitch tie downs and all isn't worth the amount of riding .we were intending on being able to go places at least travel around the rv park but that's not going to happen. So it will prolly end up in storage forgotten about but important lesson learned never ever spend that kind of money on a bike, its a bike not intended for any distant traveling more or less you are paying for looks and yes its an awesome looking bike but I was thinking it was going to be like described but no bike is made for traveling ! I don't understand how we see people all the time riding their bikes around the park but I guess it's not for us, even being disables it seemed like a good idea for my condition but it has no effect on it. I'm so totally bummed about wasting the money on a lesson in life. I saved for a long time to get this bike and if would of known this was going to happen would of rathered donate it to people in need . But let me say I would recommend getting this bike for the compliments are very nice and you will have the best looking bike where ever you go, but plan on riding it to get there have an easy trailer that don't require having to lift it as for its quite heavy. Don't waste money on insurance as for you won't ride it enough keep it locked up at all times like said it's great looking bike. I'll continue to keep riding it but sadly won't be going on a single adventure with it. It's fun to try and make turns in and when it's not leaning it's fun to ride but it's very moody don't count on using the motor all that much either if it's not in the mood to work not much u can do about it. Thank you. And have fun on your new trike I know I did.k

Amazing Electric Bike !!
I ordered this Trike after doing quite a bit of research, and this was by far the best looking one, offering the most options, especially that it could be folded in half. This was by far so much more of a bike. I received it, it came pretty quickly. My husband put it together, he is pretty handy and it only took a couple of hours. The only issue was the bike seat which had a tear in it, when we opened the package but my representative has been texting me and already taken care of it and shipping a new one. I am impressed with the amazing customer service and such quick response. I would definitely recommend this E-Trike and this particular Company. I love riding it, comfortable and easy to handle, love the fat tires. The bike is pretty fast, had it up to about 20 mph so far, cannot wait to get out on a bike trail to go faster :) !!!!

Very Questionable Build Quality
The wheel mount on the suspension fork ripped off while riding on pavement after 1 year of use. Fortunately no one was injured. This wasn’t caused by riding in extreme conditions as it is only used by my mother-in-law to ride around RV campgrounds. There are not many miles on this and I’m very disappointed with the way this has held held up.
