I have reviewed the Oregon saw in the past and I have been quite happy with it. The only problem with the saw is the chain will come off rather easily if twisted even a little. I had to have the new chain because a very old tree in my yard split in half and while cutting it up, I hit metal and destroyed the old chain. One of the people who still live around me was a teenager 30 years ago and said that tree was their fort and playhouse. He said they probably drove a thousand nails into the tree to build it so I may be needing new chains in the future. The self sharpening stone was not able to fix my old chain.
