Wool Plaid Throw Blanket, Pure New Wool, Tartan Glen Coe Heather, Made in UK

I purchased Heather and it is stunning!Quality made throw that is worthy of a heirloom.

I was so excited to find this throw on Amazon and, though it was more expensive than I could really afford I thought the throw would complete my bedroom. Upon arrival, which took longer than most things to arrive, I noticed immediately that the colors were muted, unlike the presentation on Amazon. After removing the throw from the packaging I was shocked to note how thin the fabric was and how scratchy it felt against my skin. Needless to say I returned the product.

So I love textiles and am pleased with this herringbone pattern weave, and the 100% wool -- while it makes for a scratchy feel, that's not as soft as synthetic blends -- it's 100% wool! It's a nice counterpoint to my brown leather sofa, lending some warmth and texture to the room. The orange is not primary or bright comes off more subtle - again warm.

The quality of this blanket/throw is wonderful. Of high quality and very well made. I am not yet certain if I will be keeping it however, because the colors are quite a bit different than what is shown in the photos. In the photos the colors appear deep and rich which is what attracted me to it. In reality the colors are all considerably lighter. It is still nice looking, but not as presented in picture.

The best quality wool blankets! Light weight, warm blanket with beautiful colors. This one is not quite as soft as my favorite which I purchased 4 years ago. But still wonderful! I hope to someday visit the actual mill!

This plaid Throw is a beautiful color, soft, fall colored blanket that is wonderful in my front entrance!

We’re using this as a light blanket. “Light” because it is light weight and not very thick, but it is so warm! And the plaid colors are very pretty! We are very happy with this. It is our second Moon blanket!

I'm not a fringe type of guy but it hasn't bothered me so far since it's not winter here yet
