Q: What is the package size? Does it comes with instructions kit?

The box is probably 5 ft high 3 ft wide and atleast 1 ft deep. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Q: Can the kids play inside while it’s raining?

Yes it’s pretty sturdy and the roof is strong. Water will come in through the windows though. They do not close.

Q: What color is awning pacific blue teal or green

Q: Would this be too small for a 7 year old girl?

Yes, I think it might be. I bought it for my 3 year old and it’s perfect.
