Helps some
Easy enough to put on and sleep in but as a stomach sleeper caused me to turn foot funny while sleeping and by day 2 my knee was sore and I had to quit sleeping in it.

Literally the most complicated and useless product. I couldn't even get my foot to stay in a neutral position, let alone dorsiflex. Also unnecessarily complicated design. Terrible.

Missing pieces, but rest works fine
Was very disappointed that the arches were not included in the package. The brace works fine.
