I have had uneven results buying rugs on Amazon over the years. But, I can tell you that this is a QUALITY rug. Love it. The texture really pops, and it lays down flat from the start. Great natural color as well. I was dreading the "jute" smell that always comes with these rugs, but this one smells fine. I did not notice any smell at all. This really is an upgrade to the standard jute rugs, and has a great coastal feel--awesome since we live on the coast! I would recommend this to everyone. Wish it came in a larger size than 8X10, but really happy with it. Does not feel as rough as many jute rugs, but am not expecting it to be super soft. As will all jute rugs, do not use a vacuum with a beater on it. Anticipate that this rug will last for quite some time, and am getting another one for our sunporch. I have noticed that the price seems to fluctuate, so worth watching to get a deal if you have time.

I recently added the 3' x 5' natural rug by the entrance to our patio, and I’m genuinely impressed. The texture is gorgeous - thick, natural, and hand-woven. It instantly gave the space a warm, inviting feel. It lays flat right out of the package (no weird curling corners!), and best of all, it doesn’t shed like other jute rugs I’ve tried in the past. It feels soft underfoot while still being sturdy enough for high-traffic areas. The neutral tone makes it incredibly versatile - it fits perfectly into my boho-meets-farmhouse style, and I can easily see it working in bedrooms, kitchens, or even under a coffee table. If you're looking for a stylish, low-maintenance rug that brings in natural charm without overwhelming the space, this is it. I would absolutely buy it again - and might just grab a larger size for another room!

If I could give it zero stars, I would, for so many reasons. We have had this rug for just two months; and as much as I loved it when we first put it down, I hate it just as much after just two months. First of all, it has no backing and is reversible, which sounds like a good thing…until you slip and slide on it. Get carpet tape: You have to tape the entire perimeter; and the rug is so floppy, it’s nearly impossible to get a straight line so it looks wavy on the edges. Non-slip carpet pad? The pad stays put but the rug slides on the pad. It also is full of visible knots that are not colored navy, so there are several spots of natural jute color visible. We tried to tuck in all the knots, but they work their way out. And they unravel, too. (Please watch my video and see my photos to see for yourself.) The rug scoots as you walk on it. Talk about a tripping hazard! And don’t even ask what it smells like if it gets wet and you try to wipe up a little spill. If you plan to put this in a room where nobody walks and you will just look at it as you walk by in the hallway, go for it. But if you need a rug for a room where people live, you may want to look elsewhere. It’s going out with the trash this week; I’m out $250 and will look at a bare floor until I can afford to replace it.

I absolutely love this rug. When I first got it out of the packaging, I wasn’t 100% sure, but once I got it on the floor in my space, I love it. If I had only 1 thing negative, because it is Jute, I had to pull several hard sticks/pieces out. I found them when I walked but they came out easily. I purchased the grey. Great rug.

Love it. Beautiful made. But I noticed two strands on the front side that are completely cut in half. Meaning, this is going to fall apart quick. I tucked the piece in to hide it. I’m so upset because returning a 9x9 jute rug is going to be impossible as a women who is 4ft 11 inch. I couldn’t even get it in the doorway without help. Now I have to watch it carefully and worry for the existence of its life with me. I expected a non damaged item.

very durable and lays flat. it is soft on the bare feet and lasts forever, looks great and is warm in the winter, animals cannot tear it up so its very functional with pets

Quality is good but do take note of colour changes for the lighter shade if your area is expose to direct sun rays and some form of weather element. The light shade will turn yellowish. Not kinda nice after a while. But overall love the quality.

This rug is fantastic! I’ve had so many people say that they love the look of the rug and also how it feels under feet.
