Cheap and Simple, glad it came with the plastic barbs
I received this in 3 days, outstanding, as I needed to re-attach a tag on a product I needed to return. I think for those who have never used a price tagging gun like me may find it difficult at first, however I found it to be very simple. - Remove the safety cap from the needle and attach the butt of the needle to the front of the gun. - The needle has a slit inside to allow for the plastic tags to slide through, that slit needs to be facing openly sideways so when you slide the plastic tags from the top of the gun, the fatter portion of the tail will follow in through the slit when you pull on the trigger. - There is no need to separate the plastic tags, the gun will partially do that for you after you press the trigger. - You'll have a better guarantee of your tag being attached if you puncture your needle as close as you can to the butt of the needle. - I've successfully punctured the needle through a very thick nylon material to where it went beyond that and punctured a softer portion of the product, and the needle was no where close to the butt, so the skinnier portion of the plastic tag now remains lost yet attached within the softer portion of the material. I've only used this product one time, so unfortunately no over use review here.

Everything has always worked well with these and they are still holding up fine. The only iffy thing is
My business reorders these every time we need a new gun or extra barbs just because the price is really decent! We do not have a lot of clothing; therefore, we do not tag clothes on a daily basis. Everything has always worked well with these and they are still holding up fine. The only iffy thing is, is that for a first timer using these things, when it arrived there was no instructions. Also, I don't know about replacement parts such as the needle and I am not sure on the barb size, but it hasn't been an issue with my small business so far. I also used this for a yard sale I had over the summer too.

Pay for what you get
I have used a tag gun in the past so I didn't need the instructions, but I liked the fact that it was ready to use.Positive Side:Fast shipping for free.Well PackagedWorks and it came with a cute thank you gift!Negative:Image is of a white tag gun, color that came in was cream.Cheap product, feels like something that was purchased from the dollar store, but as the saying goes you pay for what you get. Overall I am happy with my product I just needed something to get the job done nothing fancy and the price compared to other people was great.

Works fine, good for the price
Once I figured out how to lock the needle in place, this worked great. I had to hold onto the plastic barb on the inside of the clothing sometimes, however, and reposition it. Once the needle went through a seam, it would pull the barb back through the hole sometimes since it doesn't shoot it and rotate it to a 90 degree angle. Cheap product, but gets the job done and comes with a lot of barbs. If you do not know how to use these you will have to look it up since the box is in Chinese.

They would function fine if I were using them for price tags as ...
arrived quick and functions as it's supposed to. was going to use this to temporarily "hem" some extra long curtains in my living room but i'm waiting for some shorter barbs to arrive because these were really long and didn't turn out to be the way i wanted to do it. They would function fine if I were using them for price tags as intended.

Perfect & the price was great!
I purchased this to organize clothing for yard sale! This was perfect & came with so many barbs I'm set for next year too. It didn't come with instructions, but if you look at the shapes of the barbs and the place you put it in directions aren't necessary. I really like the needle cover that is attached to the gun itself, no risk of losing it. I stored the extra needle with my left over barbs, ready should I ever need it.

It works..
Greetings,I just received this item and like many people mentioned, there are no directions to set it up. However it is not that complicated. The needle has a notch in it that allows for the plastic barbs to slide into and a push rod to push through. Also there is another notch that will allow a plastic tab on the gun to lock it in place. It took me 3 minutes to figure it out, but i can see if you didn't lock the needle in place how it would not work. Its not a great product but for the price it will do.FYI, this product did not come with a "spare" needle.

So far so good! :)
I just rec'd my Tagging Gun in the mail today, and unlike alot of the reviews, I DID receive the second needle (replacement). HOWEVER, it was LOOSELY in the packaging that I rec'd the tagging gun in, and I can see how it could VERY EASILY be missed. (I almost threw it out with the packaging, but I heard it move.)So far, it works great. Very please with purchase!
